The service was very good. If I checked in late, I just called and said what time it would be. The room was very clean and there was no smell. There were many Japanese people staying there. Reasonable price and convenient travel. It’s so comfortable to live by yourself! The environment is also very quiet. Although it is next to the station, it does not affect your rest.

During my recent trip to Japan, I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel located next to JR Kitatoguchi Station. It is undoubtedly an excellent choice with extremely convenient transportation. Whether I plan to travel to the busy city center of Tokyo or explore the tranquil city of Saitama, this hotel's location makes my travels extremely convenient. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was touched by the hospitality of the staff. Not only did they check in quickly, they also introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding transportation information in detail, which made me look forward to the upcoming trip. The hotel's rooms are designed with both modernity and comfort in mind, providing an ideal space to relax and unwind. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's rest every night. In addition, the free Wi-Fi in the room is very fast, which greatly facilitates my work and social needs. The transport links near the hotel are impressive. JR Kitatoguchi Station is just a short walk away and I could easily take the train to the main attractions in Tokyo and Saitama. In addition, there are many restaurants and shops around, making it very convenient whether you are looking for authentic Japanese cuisine or simple shopping. Overall, this hotel next to JR Kitatoguchi Station left a deep impression on me during my trip to Japan with its unparalleled location, comfortable accommodation and friendly service. The bed was surprisingly hard and I was worried about sleeping, but I had a good sleep until I woke up the next morning. It was early December, but the heating was sure in the room and I was able to spend time in thin clothes. It was dry, but since a humidifier is always available, it was the strongest to drive and solve it. The breakfast venue was on the top floor, and I enjoyed a Japanese-style breakfast while looking at the view from Urawa to Omiya.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was fun. The hotel room and the interior of the building were clean and comfortable. I would like to try lunch and dinner there next time.

I stayed on the live day of Saitama Super Arena. If you are a popular live, you need a reservation half a year ago. I thought I might not be able to take it on the net, and I made a reservation by phone at 8 o'clock in the morning half a year ago. After all, it seemed that it was full on the day and it was correct by telephone reservation. The hotel is close to the station and the super arena because it can be seen. There is also a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. The room is usually good with a hot pot stove refrigerator. The breakfast venue was on the top floor and I saw Saitama super arena. The number of breakfast items was also satisfactory.

Having never stayed at a dorm-style capsule hotel before, I was amazed at how quiet and clean it was. The small capsule/pod had a mattress, a TV, toiletries, and even pajamas! Even though the “door” was really just a curtain, I was not disturbed by too much noise from people walking through the corridors. But then again, this was Japan, and people (even foreigners) are extremely polite, and aware of other’s personal spaces. The locker-style bathroom was huge, with about 20-30 vanity stations each with a sink, space for all your toiletries, plus a hairdryer, and all the amenities you would have in a normal hotel room. The shower and toilet stalls were sparky-clean, even though this was a common area shared by all ladies. The men’s dorm was on the second floor, with their own locker/toilet areas, so the ladies’ area was completely private and safe. The treehouse theme was also a unique twist, which was reflected in the decor, and the layout of the capsule rooms. This is a great option for travellers on a low budget. Completely safe, clean, and relatively comfortable.

I booked twin room non smoking. On picture the room was looking nice. In reality we didn't get a room which was on picture. Our room was very small, very congested, instead of 2nd bed there was a sofa bed. it's good it was only for 1 night. I was very tied after long travel, that's why I didn't check straight away, but I had a feeling that it wasn't a room I booked. On next day when we were checking out, I spoke to front clerk Akihiro Sasaki about this matter. He told me, that they can’t see a picture of room I booked, they just followed instructions from Trip.com. I will let Trip.com know what happened. I feel we were cheated and I think we deserve a compensation, because the room we got is definitely cheaper than the room I booked.I am providing photos of original room and room we got. I am very disappointed.

It is close to my parents' elderly facilities and my sister's family, so I use 々. This is the only hotel I want in a perfect location. The front desk and the attitude and speed to deal with the problem are great, but I feel the aging of the building facilities. Especially air conditioner. When I stayed in winter, the temperature was not adjustable (whether it is hot or not. I got up many times in the middle of the night and adjusted it-I tell the hotel. The temperature adjustment in this room is also subtle (the hot day of May this year). The outdoor machine is exploding. The direction of the bidet in the shower toilet is right next to it at first and does not hit the butt. . . (Healed me immediately). Also, there is something that can be charged by USB near the bed. It's a standard of Le, but it's not. The deterioration of facilities and facilities that cannot be helped by human power, and the old place are conspicuous (compared to other hotels for those staying) I'll keep using it while complaining. I'm in trouble if it's closed due to full renovation work.

Booked this place for a night, and was pleasantly surprise with the facilities and the hospitality given to us from the moment we checked in till when we left. I love how even just a stay at this place, really made me feel relaxed and somewhat detox from its onsen bath to the breakfast they provided us. We were also given a choice to select 'pillows' each night we were to stay here; and extra amenities for onsen soak as well. On the night of our stay, we were also offered the 'welcome bar'; where we could mix & choose the selections of the alcohol they had set out (but only for a cup). However, the only downside was that there wasn't much to offer when we went there as i think the previous guests had poured most of the alcohol; so when we reached there were only empty bottles and 2 choices left to pick from. It'll be nice if the staff were able to top them up and allow all guests to have an equal choice of selection next time. Nevertheless, I really look forward to staying here again the next time i visit japan.
