A somewhat classic hotel, the elevator and the small supermarket next door are very convenient. The bed was huge and had windows, but they couldn't be opened. Rooms with carpets in the United States always feel a bit smelly, and the hygiene management is average. Breakfast is a simple meal, just coffee, juice, bread, apples, and yogurt. There are no more choices.

怎麼説呢，這個酒店蠻有意思，就是吧，所有東西都一應俱全，但都不是質量特別過硬的東西，就好像是那種拼夕夕買來的小商品，你能説他沒有功能吧，他甚至給你配了個咖啡壺（能當熱水壺用，在阿梅利卡真的感天動地了），然後沐浴香皂香波也一應俱全（沒有牙刷拖鞋，但是比在紐約同等價位的酒店好太多了，還有四份咖啡紅茶，恍惚回到國內）；你説他面面俱到吧，確實就是能用的程度，裝修也很一般，就好像是懸在及格網上搖搖欲墜，但確實及格了，還有點詭異地貼心
關於地段，我就是沖美術館去的，所以覺得挺方便的，走路十五分鐘，沿途都是住宅區，草地house的，沒啥問題；但是酒店正門似乎是一條主幹道，我週六晚上住進去的，一點多鐘有人飆車，發動機響得厲害，非常介意的人注意一下（我倒是還好

This hotel was not as advertised. Not a top hotel. We arrived at 7 pm. When we opened the door, we were greeted by an unclean room, unmade beds, filthy bathroom, etc. Hotel staff came and cleaned room while we waited. No attempt made by staff to give us a different room. Room’s fridge inoperable. Thermostat on heating was way off: 67 degree setting equaled 80 degrees. Impossible to achieve a comfortable setting. Hallway was filthy and carpeting was old, faded, and had ground in dirt. No microwave in room. No breakfast other than coffee and apples. Once I snagged a bagel. Absolutely no hot breakfast items. We ended up going out to breakfast each day. We expected a lot more for our money. A terrible experience and we went home early.

Room very dirty, stains in the sheets, counters not wiped, pills found under the bed, outlets didn’t charge our phones, hot water didn’t work in the shower. Dogs suppose to be on 1st floor only, we were on the 4th and there were 3 separate dogs that barked for 2 hours straight one night.

The vent in the bathroom was off the wall. The shower rod looked like someone had hung on it, and tore it loose and it had not been repaired. There was a pill laying in the bathroom floor. When we got off the elevator to go to our room, there was a shower curtain in the hall that we had to step around. Not sure what it was covering. Overall, the building was in desperate need of an update and remodel. For the money, this was not the hotel we were expecting.

I was disappointed that it was not a little more modern and updated. They do the best they can with the accommodations but a remodel wouldn't hurt. The customer service was very professional. I was disappointed that after I booked the reservation I was emailed that there was no hot or continental breakfast. That should just be updated on the website. Not bad for a one night stay but I wouldn't have enjoyed more than that there.

Great location and price for the plaza lighting ceremony. Only thing we didn’t like was the continental breakfast. I read reviews on how great it was and there was nothing but bagels and toast and a couple apples. I’ve never went to one where they didn’t have cereal or pastries or something else, most at least have sausage and biscuits. The apple my kid bit into was rotten and we ended up going over to QT for breakfast.
