The hotel was really nice, beds very comfortable and food was fantastic. A little bit out of the city but we didnt mind as we had a car. Parking was easy and free. We paid to use the pool and sauna which was worth it, it was very relaxing. We tried to get a booking was a massage but they were fully booked. Really good stay, recommend it.

The mattress was as hard a rock, the air-conditioning didn't work properly and maintained the room temperature at 24 degrees, you had to pay for the pool and gym, the breakfast was not worth having, you had to pay extra for anything such as a late, and the people in reception didn't care when we advised that the aircon didn't work properly - They just told us how to use it

καλό και ζεστό ξενοδοχείο με καλό πρωινό. μεγάλοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι με τζάκι πολυ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ ωραία και μεγάλα δωμάτια .Εχει εσωτερική πισίνα ,χαμάμ, 2 σάουνες, μασαζ ολα με έξτρα χρέωση.Καλη τοποθεσία.Γενικα πολύ καλό

Γενικά το ξενοδοχείο ήταν άψογο από όλες τις απόψεις. Πολύ καθαρό, το προσωπικό χαρούμενο και ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο που έμεινα ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραίο και άνετο, με υπέροχη θέα το δάσος πίσω από το ξενοδοχείο. Το πρόγευμα πολύ καλό με ποικιλία για όλα τα γούστα. Από έξω φαίνεται ότι είναι απλά ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο. Μπαίνοντας όμως μέσα αλλάζεις αμέσως γνώμη γιατί έχει μια πολυτέλεια κρυφή. Δεν είχε καθόλου κίνηση στους δρόμους, ήταν ησυχία χωρίς θορύβους από οχήματα. Είναι λίγο έξω από την πόλη και το μόνο που θα ήθελα να είχε είναι ένα δωμάτιο/πωλητήριο με σουβενίρ από την Καστοριά όπως μαγνητάκια, keyrings και όλα τα σχετικά. Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα ούτε στο ξενοδοχείο ούτε στην γύρω περιοχή.

Υπέροχη διαμονή, σε άνετο μοντερνο δωμάτιο, με τεράστιο άνετο κρεβάτι, πολυτελέστατο μπάνιο, άφθονο πρωινό, και όλα αυτά με καθαριότητα , ευγένεια και υγειονομική ασφάλεια!!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό με τρομερή αισθητική. Μείναμε για ένα βράδυ και η εμπειρία μας ήταν καταπληκτική. Το κρεβάτι πολύ μεγάλο και φανταστικό στρώμα. Οι υπηρεσίες σπα ικανοποιητικές, το πρωινό πολύ νόστιμο, η καθαριότητα άριστη. Πολύ καλή εμπειρία!

Luxe uitstraling maar weinig sfeer. Wij kregen een update naar de mini suite met ligbad, iets grotere kamer en zitbank. Alles keurig schoon. Nu kijken wij geen televisie maar de televisie aan de muur is wel weg klein. Geen minibar of koffie/thee op de kamer. Ontbijt is uitstekend. Masseuse is erg goed. Wat bijzonder tegenviel was de spa. Of je de donkere catacomben inloopt. Bijna geen verlichting, zelfs het zwembad is niet verlicht. Een boekje lezen op een van de 6 ligbedden is onmogelijk, Zo donker is het. Je betaalt hiervoor €10 pp extra en is het geld absoluut niet waard. Overall een 4 ster met uitzondering van de spa.

Επειδή εμένα με αρέσει το περπάτημα , το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε μια ήρεμη περιοχή με άνετο πάρκινγκ και απέχει περίπου 1.500 μέτρα από το κέντρο της Καστοριάς . Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της διαδρομής είναι δίπλα στην λίμνη. Εάν και ο καιρός βοηθήσει σίγουρα θα το απολαύσετε .
