Just perfect, the locatin, the rooms, the service, the swimming pool, the breakfast and the gentelness and dedication of the host and his team is just remarkable. It has located close to the beautiful beach of Saint Nicolas, great spof for surf, in the center of the island where you can easily go everywhere. I am sure its the best place to go in such wonderful island

Lovely place. Calm and peaceful location with a stunning view. The receptionist Anastasia was just wonderful. We would love to go back much thanks to her! Our daughter still talks about her every day.

The hotel is nice, very close to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice, you have a lot of choice of different food. There is also a pool and sunbeds with umbrellas around it and they are free for hotel guests. Beside the pool is a hotel bar. There is also a small playground for children.

Their family was visiting the owners. The spoiled children screamed all the time, even at 2 in the morning they screamed as if they were alone. If you want a peaceful holiday, I strongly advise against it.

Beautiful hotel complex in one of the most beautiful places on Karpathos if you are looking for peace. Super large, well-kept pool with loungers and umbrellas perfect for swimming lengths and relaxing. Very friendly staff and enough delicious breakfast buffet with everything you need for a good start to the day. Sometimes short waiting times until the buffet was refilled or coffee was refilled, which didn't bother us at all since we were on vacation and had enough time. Beautiful, quiet, spacious studios with stove, sink, large fridge plus small freezer and enough kitchen utensils for self-catering that we didn't use, with a huge balcony. We had 2 studios with a garden and mountain view, which was really great and, above all, quiet. Daily room cleaning with daily change of towels by very friendly staff. Small things were done immediately on request, which I would like to note as a big plus here. The village center of Arkasa with its taverns and 2 bars can be reached after a 10 to 15 minute walk. First supermarket and first tavern reachable after five minutes. First tavern visavis the supermarket highly recommended. Very tasty food at super cheap prices. One of the most beautiful beaches of Karpathos, located in a beautiful small bay, can be reached after a 2-minute walk. 15 euros for 2 loungers plus an umbrella plus a cool beach bar that also serves its guests on the beach with drinks and snacks. Agios Nikolaus Beach is known for its high waves, which are always there. For us personally a perfect holiday in a great hotel area with extremely friendly staff and a perfect location. A big thank you to the team at Royal beach Hotel.
