On 6th of June 2023, we booked three rooms for 6 adults and two children of 12 years age. Though three adults are allowed to stay in one room the owner Aiyaz insisted to charge extra for the children. We were accompanied by one extra person taking our numbers to 9 for three rooms.. We were willing to pay de***ded charges, but the way Mr Aiyaz behaved using threatening and humiliating language the whole mood was spoilt. The boat is located in a very dirty corner of the lake and the view from the room windows is completely blocked by other houseboats. The upkeep of the boat is not upto the mark, the toilet seat in one room was broken and we had to argue hard for a repair. The food was okay, but there was nothing to relish about it. Rooftop access is not granted. We were allowed to unwind in the front deck which a small and uncomfortable place to sit in a group. It is a total waste of money and mood to stay at this place.

The houseboat is relatively new, clean and spacious. we had heard a lot of stories on houseboats being small and dirty. this one was very clean with a very courteous staff. They helped us a lot specially since we had elderly parents in the the group. The location of the boat is not that great as its kind of hidden in a corner, the food was homely and well made. dont forget to ask them to put less oil and spices

It was not as we expected. The boat was located in a very congested area without any open view. The access to the boat was from land only through a very run down area killing the whole experience.
On top, the hospitality was not good. The care taker showed resistance to provide any service about food etc. no towels in the bathrooms. Look for a better place to stay.

I Stayed in the house boat on 23rd June 2022 with my family I Did not like anything. This houseboat was so disgusting, Horrible customer Service, specially staff is so rude,i highly recommend not to stay in this houseboat

It was a good stay and both the brothers Aijaz and the other one took good care of us throughout and also after that. Aijaz helped us a lot. The only thing that bothered us is cleanliness and should upgrade their boat a bit.
