房間大，乾淨衞生，服務熱情，重點説一下床品、枕頭、床墊特別好，特別舒服，早上都不想起床超棒，感覺一點都不比5星級酒店差，這是我到新疆住的最好酒店，值得推薦。

來了克拉瑪依好幾回，這次找得這家酒店真的是最棒的，住的非常舒心，辦理入住很快，服務態度好，房間設施很新，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，床很舒服，下次來出差，還會選擇這裏。

當時一到地方訂好酒店就趕過去了 他們家前台服務很熱心 長得又漂亮 整個酒店看着挺乾淨整潔的給人一種很舒服的感覺，到了房間才真的驚艷到了 巨喜歡那種風格的房間 房間裏打掃得好 沒有半年異味還有種淡淡的花香，床單被套這些能看出來都是精心打整過的 浴室也多大的還帶浴缸 值得推薦！

這個酒店絕對合適，直接無腦住，首先説價格非常的實惠，房間裏面也特別乾淨，安靜舒適，裏面的窗簾什麼的都是電動的，非常舒適，前台服務也特別好，半夜馬桶堵了，叫前台過來前台非常耐心的在處理，滿分。

前台接待小女孩態度不好，發票結算金額與實際付款金額不一樣，少開發票金額20.6元。當時退房時不給退按金，時後過了3個半小時給她打2個電話催退按金才原路退回的，並且在打第一個電話謊説，頭天晚上就把按金退款了。實際付款金額是5月17號是228元，18-19號每天是187元，20-21號是213元，22號是228元，一共是1256元。發票金額是1235.4元。

三百多的酒店其標準就是180-220之間的普通賓館而已！地毯超級臟！床品就沒有標準，比如家還差。上當了，照片真的是照騙！
