We came to Karamay from South Korea for a business trip and chose this hotel. This is a very new hotel, the room is quite clean and the service is also good. The breakfast is good for Korean tastes, and I will definitely choose this hotel again if I come on a business trip next year!

克拉瑪依最好的酒店，服務好很多，價格不貴，環境也不錯，每個角落都很乾凈，大堂有一個紅包樹很有設計感，特別感謝杜鵑幫我升級了房間，我一家三口這一晚睡的很舒服，大過年還在值班辛苦啦，以後來克拉瑪依就衹住你們家！！！

訂的時候就看了評價選擇的這家酒店。的確很不錯。酒店穩重大氣，房間很大，很乾凈，設施設備齊全，很舒服，暖氣特別好房間暖暖的。到新疆來第一次入住體驗很不錯，在這家酒店感受到了家的温暖[強]。入住的很晚，大廳燈幾乎都關了，前台小姐姐滿臉温暖的笑容接待了，那一微笑把我一天的疲勞一掃而飛。作為同行的我對前台的接待點贊[強]，小姐姐脖子上掛的玉上寫的杜鵑還以為是她的名字，後面得知這是她的代號，相當於是個工號牌看得出這家酒店的老闆很有創意[強]。小姐姐不僅長得漂亮，服務態度好，工作效率也很高，辦入住特別快。退房走的時候開發票同時還給我們叫了車很不錯，特別滿意。説的含早餐的可惜我們走的早沒吃上。下次一定會還來住這家。強烈推薦[強][強][強][強][強][強][強][強][強][強][強][強]

衞生：從大堂到房間衞生幾乎都是一塵不染，非常乾淨
服務：最值得一體還是酒店的服務，服務是我在新疆體驗最好的一家，細節做的很到位，不管是前台的對客或者是房間贈送的果盤都可以感受到服務員的用心,很滿意（^.^）

設施：設施維護很好。都比較新。
衞生：不錯，衞生間浴室很乾凈。
服務：非常滿意！工作人員很有耐心的迴應各種需求，大晚上需要用指甲剪，給客房中心打電話一小會兒，機器人就給送上門了。早晨需要用熨衣服的。很快工作人員就給送過來了。 在酒店每位工作人員都很負責任，早餐時也有值班經理各種整體 補充菜品都很及時。前台都是微笑服務。
早餐：比較有地方特色，都是新鮮做好的。很好吃。特別點贊煎雞蛋，是糖心蛋，所以用心都體現在細節呀👍
