The service was fine. The unit was very old carpet smelled,  the unit needs to be updated. Everything was looking like it was from 1970 , if it was updated, I would stay there again, but not the way it is now for the price that you pay was too much. It did have a washer and dryer which was good. It had designated parking, which was cool and staff was nice ,

Superbly clean home awsy from home.Had everything you would ever meed and live the home decor accents.As a frequent traveller this is one of the best places that i have ever stayed in.Great staff beautiful accommodation..

Air conditioner in bedroom did not work..No manuals to use devices or else available in the unit..No view whatsoever. Parking lot on one side and stairwell on the other side. Bed not very comfortable..No sidewalks close to unit.
Centrally located. Friendly staff. Washer and drier available in the unit.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and conveniently located. We liked having a kitchen and laundry in the unit. Being in town meant we didn’t have a beach on site but it was within walking distance. But being in the center was easier to drive to all parts of the island

Staying at Banyon harbor resort worked really great for us. Easy, central location to visit all parts of the island. And there were several restaurants and shopping within easy waking distance. The town home was just at described.

Great value and the room had everything we needed. The front desk lent us some beach chairs and an umbrella for a very small fee, and there were lots of beach towels in the room. We had reserved a suite with a queen bed and to be honest it really seems like it is a double - however the other room had two twin beds so we pushed them together and slept very well. Would totally stay here again. Was a quick walk to amazing food trucks and Duke's Kauai, and a pretty central location to get to other parts of the island pretty easily by car.

A nice place... There's a park/beach/dock across from the property. Our unit was clean, comfy, and well stocked. Wifi was terrible tho. Would stay again!

We have to go by stairs with luggage. Water in pool was really cold. Before Checkout, personel was urging to leave room

It is a short walk to Kalapaki beach and we enjoyed a nice hike to the beacon for sunrise. The beds were comfortable, and i enjoyed the little breezy patio in back. They were able to accommodate us with an ADA room. We were here to move my mom into an apartment in Lihue and this was the perfect location -- close to the airport, Target, Costco, Home Depot, and furniture stores. The staff was friendly and so nice.
