We reserved with this app. Payment of transfer through this app has been completed. You can see from the photos in the app in front of your stay. But when entering the actual place, the front of the lobby is flattened, the locks are closed, the place is deserted, has a bad smell, the swimming pool is full of fallen leaves, the water is black, and does not cover the place where you have reserved it. When I walked in, I looked behind me. Met a housekeeper who was hired to clean temporarily and asked for room reservation information. I didn't know anything about it, but she called the owner for me. by building owner Let the maid clean it up so you can sleep first. so as not to have to refund the money But we couldn't bear to sleep. The condition was really unbearable. There was a bad smell. We had to give up money for free. Go find another place to stay. This kind of thing is considered to be defrauding consumers. Hotel in a good location. The facilities are outdated, but the owner is very kind. You can get there easily by taking a taxi from the bus terminal. The fee is 60 buttons.
