Movenpick Properties in Kaifeng

Choosing this guesthouse for our Kaifeng trip was absolutely the right decision! It's right next to Bianxi Lake, just a few minutes' walk to the lakeside promenade. You get stunning views of the 6,000-acre lake without even leaving your room. In the mornings, we strolled along the willow-lined Sui Embankment, and in the evenings, we watched the sunset over Tokyo Bridge from our window. At night, we could even walk to see the light and music fountain – the combination of Song-dynasty architecture and the vast lake created an incredible atmosphere. Throughout our stay, we were wonderfully looked after by our butler, Fancy. Before we even arrived, she proactively sent us parking tips and a list of local delicacies. Knowing we wanted to explore West Lake thoroughly, she specially planned a route for us that avoided the crowds. Any questions we had during our trip were answered instantly, and she was always so gentle and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable with complete facilities, and it was very convenient for getting to Qingming Shanghe Park and Gulou. The superb lake view combined with Fancy's impeccable service made our Kaifeng trip a perfect experience. Highly recommended!
