Manxin Properties in Kaifeng

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Gulou (Drum Tower), with many restaurants and a night market downstairs. Although the night market gets lively in the evening, the hotel's soundproofing is good, so it didn't really bother us. The cleanliness was also good, no major issues. The service was very attentive and responsive; they were always happy to help and very welcoming. One minor issue was that the air conditioning in the family room blows directly onto the bed. Even with a baffle added, it was still quite strong, but the room temperature was comfortable, so it didn't significantly impact our stay.

Our family and children visited Kaifeng and stayed at the Henan University Manxin Hotel, with a very pleasant overall experience. The hotel environment was elegant, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the smart devices were easy to use. The front desk staff were friendly and patient, making for a great experience throughout. The most delightful surprise was the complimentary Kaifeng-style souvenir upon check-out; the small gift was a thoughtful touch, and the children loved it. The hotel has its own parking lot, and it's conveniently located for driving to Wansui Mountain and various night markets. Both the facilities and service details were excellent, making it a great choice for family trips. Highly recommended for parents visiting Kaifeng! It's close to the old Henan University, so we also visited the Xisi Night Market, which was very nice.
