Excellent location with perfect view of the volcano. Parking was easy enough. The concierge was super helpful.

Brand new hotel in Kagoshima. Not far from both the train station and the center shopping streets.

The hotel is very clean and new. The room is spacious and has a beautiful view of Sakurajima. The buffet breakfast is delicious and give us a surprise is that we can have mixed sashimi rice every morning. Also, we had a dinner buffet with 20% discount and it was value for money. The food in dinner buffer has various options and the desserts have many choice with Halloween theme. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staffs are very friendly, they exceeded my expectation by preparing all the necessary amenities and information. The breakfast was great with lots of food options. I will definitely come back again.

The room with a view of Sakurajima is particularly beautiful. The hotel provides free shuttle to and from the central train station. The onsen+sauna is also very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the whiskey in the rooftop bar is also good!
