Amazing, great hospitality, great food

My family and I were very happy with our stay. We had a great welcome when we arrived. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was very tasty and the restaurant staff were very attentive to us. We would like to thank Mr. Mehmet Kancı especially for his professionalism and making our dining experience pleasant. The pools and the beachfront are so beautiful. The bar at the pier and the service by the pools and the beach were excellent. We would definitely like to come back again. We had a very pleasant vacation experience.

We stayed at the Dome Kempinski for 3 days.  What struck me was the professional and friendly staff right from check in to the restaurants,  beach bar and room service.  Nothing was too difficult for them and they always responded efficiently with a smile. Thank you to the front desk manager,  Damla and Ahmet.  You are amazing.  Facilities are excellent. The spa area with hamam was ethereal. Restaurants are scattered over with food served throughout the day. The all inclusive buffet was okay though.  But the freshly made guzleme and pasta were excellent.  Most of the guests are middle aged to elderly adults and there is no loud entertainment or multiple fitness classes available. The adjoining hotels cater to youngsters so can pop in there for the evening fun.  Watersports on site too. Beaches are sandy and beautiful.  No issues with beach beds at all throughout the day.  

Eray and Ismail, very cool hotel guides, helped us throughout the entire vacation, were very nice and hospitable!!! Our vacation was amazing, thanks to these funny guys!!! They met us at the pier every morning and filled us with a fun atmosphere We will definitely come back hi guys!!!

I have stayed at the Kempinski Dome 8/9 times ( 4 within the past 18 months. The hotel staff are excellent as is the service. The reception staff are helpful and always give us a warm, friendly and professional welcome. I can’t remember the receptionist’s name ( sorry ) who helped us yesterday to arrange a late check out she is wonderful. Last year ( my friend lost her passport ) and this lovely receptionist couldn’t help us enough to arrange a new passport etc…. Yesterday she was once again eager to help with our questions and late check out. Nudret ( breakfast waitress and also lunch at the beach bar ) is attentive and spoils her guests, she is wonderful and attentive and fun. She looks after us ( while still looking after the other guests ). Breakfast is fabulous at the main dinning area in the hotel. Lots to choose from and plenty of staff to help guests. The beach bar is bliss. The menu is great and there are lots to choose from it snd the food is delish. I love to shrimp casserole, the pide, the Mongolian beef all the salads This September we dined at Sofra 4 times. Tufan, Kadir, Ali and Cebril ( I apologise if I have missed anyone ) are professional, however full of fun and extremely attentive to the guests. Nothing was a bother ( I had them in speed dial to fill up my mini bar several times throughout the week ) and while dinning at the Sofra the service was exemplary. The FOOD was outstanding. Each meal was delicious, I had the Sea food risotto ( Diane had it twice with. 3 days … yummy and one of the best risottos I have had ) The shrimp tempura was so good we had it on each visit as sharing plates along with the Meze starter. The beef tenderloin (Christine snd Liz loved this ) was excellent. The puddings were brill. I ( nor my friends ) can find any fault or have any cause for complain about our times in Kempinski. We love the Kempinski and also now love Sofra. We golf the Pasha and Sultan. The staff Yasam ( pro-shop ) is super helpful and always happy to help with our Tee-times and any other golf questions. He is helpful and a joy to deal with. A friendly, helpful face who always has a smile when we arrive. The courses are in excellent condition and fun ( albeit challenging at times : you really need to plot your way around them ) However although challenging ( for me ) they are still score-able and very enjoyable. Temptation ( sultan course ) and Dilemma ( Pasha course ) are my favourite holes. Mehmet …… what can I say . He is our Ice Angel ( brought ice to us throughout our golf games ( 33 plus degree : so very hot snd sticky ) Mehmet works for the Antalya Golf Club. He is helpful, kind snd very thoughtful. As with all the staff nothing is a problem and he is eager to help with our needs ( ice, water, and …. Yes that ever important Chilled White Wine at the 19th hole ) Without exception the staff at the Kempinski Dome and Antalya Golf Club genuinely want their guests to have the best p

We had a great stay at the resort. We especially want to name Ahmet and Aidana from the restaurant who made our experience even better with their warm smile and individual touch. Food was very tasty and diverse. Only thing we would improve about the hotel is that there were not enough of the (very comfortable) sunbeds at the beach and there were nearly no activities offered. As the hotel is rather far away from most tourist sites and does not offer group tours it can get a bit boring after a while. It is super relaxing though for a beach vacation.

The resort is beautiful, and the food is excellent. My husband, daughter, and I loved the pool, the pool bar, and the beach. We especially loved using the pier to go swimming and, of course, the pier bar. The staff was wonderful. They welcomed us and made us feel very special. Every night, they had nice music on the outdoor stage. This is the resort if you need a peaceful and elegant vacation spot. Our room was very spacious and clean. I want to thank Fatmana for keeping our room organized.

It was amazing, service, food everything. Every personel are son kind and friendly. They all trying to solve your requests. Especially Ms. Damla who is a kind lady in red dress. This place deserves every complimant. She cares our everything since we arrive hotel. Thank you Damla and Kempinski.
