The floor drain in the bathroom in the room was blocked and no water ran out. I booked two breakfast coupons from Ctrip and was given one. The waiter in the restaurant had a very bad attitude. I extended my stay continuously. When I went to the restaurant in the morning, I had already picked up the plate. She asked me to put it down and said that I had to go downstairs to get the coupon. When I wanted to eat, I told her my room number and she said no. I told her to go get the coupon after eating and give it to her (the room I stayed in was past the restaurant). She also said no and went to get it and eat it anyway. It was really annoying. I went to the front desk to get the coupon and said that the service attitude in the restaurant was not good. They said expressionlessly, "What's wrong with you?" Is it a coupon? Extremely disappointed, if it wasn't for the pain in my sprained ankle, I would have checked out. 酒店的服務非常棒，前台小姐姐都很熱情，一進門就感受到賓至如歸的温馨，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還有自助洗衣房，天台晾衣服，早晨去後麪小區跑了一圈，挺好的，吃飯也很方便 一天去了幾趟買東西 很齊全 下次回來還會選擇這個酒店
