I recently stayed at the Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel with my kids, and our overall experience was absolutely fantastic – I highly recommend it for families! The location is the biggest highlight. The hotel has an internal passage directly connecting to the massive CR Land Urban Complex shopping mall. This meant we could shop, eat, grab desserts, and take the kids to the indoor amusement park without ever having to brave the sun or rain. It's a one-stop shop for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's overall environment is sophisticated and elegant, with a strong nautical design that creates a wonderful atmosphere. The public areas are clean and tidy, and the Qianshan River view is expansive and peaceful, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle – perfect for a relaxing vacation. Our guest room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly impressed me were the beds: the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows were fluffy and soft. After a full day of sightseeing, both adults and children slept deeply and soundly. The service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and polite, and the housekeeping and concierge staff were warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. The attention to detail was really heartwarming, especially with all the little needs that come with traveling with children – everything was handled with care. Overall, the facilities, service, and location are all impeccable. Having a large shopping mall directly connected to the hotel is such a convenience for families. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Zhuhai, and I highly recommend it to all travelers!

I was very happy with my choice of hotel. I arrived at 3 AM, and there was still a porter to open the door and help with my luggage. They weren't slacking off just because it was the middle of the night, and check-in was super fast. The hotel is very tidy and clean, and the room's facilities and equipment were all in good working order. When I checked in late at night, I asked for a latex pillow, and it was delivered within minutes. All the staff I encountered had excellent attitudes. There's also a shopping mall, Global Harbor, right next door, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient! This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Zhuhai.

Environment: The room was excellent, and the view was great too. Service: Every staff member was enthusiastic. Fulbert, in particular, was attentive and thoughtful, taking care of our needs. Dining: It was full even on weekdays. Breakfast was relatively rich. We arrived a bit late for happy hour, so some items were already gone. The only minor flaw was that the TV kept freezing a few times. Next time I visit Zhuhai, Renaissance will definitely be my first choice for accommodation!

The parking staff were polite and responsible. The front desk service was excellent. The room was full of childlike wonder, and the kids absolutely loved it. The bedding was clean. It was really good. The slide was a lot of fun, and the kids' bed was very interesting.

First off, a huge shout-out to the excellent service at Renaissance! Whether it was calling a taxi, helping with luggage, or sending a package, their response was always prompt. Secondly, the location is fantastic, right next to UniPark, which is super convenient. Lastly, I have to praise the hotel's pool. While the water wasn't crystal clear, the design is beautiful, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows make for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
