Its was a great stay

Upon arriving front desk associate informed us the elevator was not operating and would not be repaired until later in the weekend.
We checked out a first floor room (which are normally for guests with pets). The strong smell of cleaning products was intolerable. We then checked out a 2nd floor room. Again terrible smell of mildew and smoke detector was hanging off the wall.
Being it was late in the day, not to mention $300+ a night we told the associate to cancel our reservation.
There were 3 other families looking to checkout for similar reasons.
The associate was cooperative.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was the worst.
The elevator is broken and doesn't work, the wifi is broken and doesn't work, etc. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
I wish they would suspend business and fix it properly before opening for business.

They gave our rooms away because we "didn't check in by 3pm" left 8 of my employees scrambling to get rooms at a different hotel

Room conditions. For the price paid for rooms they shouldn’t have hole in bathtub, rust, frayed carpet and cracks in ceiling. The elevator was out of order for 3 days. Had to haul luggage up stairs.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location was close to food and beach. The elevator was broke our whole stay. The shower broke and hot and cold was Mislabeled. Stains all over the carpet. Keycards stopped working

Location is fine. Property is a low 2 star in need to major Reno. Pictures are not current. No towels. Elevator out of service. Dirty.

During my two-day stay, the elevator did not work. I was on the third floor with two suitcases. Imagine the nuisance of taking the stairs carrying my bags. The place is clean, and the breakfast is below average. The personnel is friendly and very helpful. Since I don’t live in the States, I can’t sign up for delivery apps, and most restaurants take out orders via the app. That first night, the receptionist went behind her line of duty to help me find a restaurant that takes orders by phone and deliver.
