Their system was down when we got here at 9:30 pm, so we had to wait 30 minutes. Then it came back up and they couldn’t find the ******* reservation. No amount of confirmation info or calls with ******* would help speed up the process. We spent over 1.5 hours in the lobby getting it worked out. My first mistake was going with Best Western rather than a more customer friendly facility. Overall, the room was OK, it smelled nice and seemed to be clean, though the basic facilities are dated. On a good note, they kindly opened breakfast for us a little bit early so we could make it to a tournament on time. I never leave bad reviews but this was a mess.
