John Hiatt & Lyle Lovett concert
@ Rialto Theater (2 blocks walking distance). Excellent pre-concert dinnner @The Reserve within the hotel/casino complex!

Staff was great, room was clean, bed soft.
No usb plug ins, restaurants in-house are only open thurs-Sun, Today is Wednesday:(
There is a small sandwich and wrap counter.

Staff did a lot of complaining and not a lot of work I had problems with my remote and the internet the lines were terrible people didn't know what was going on I left the property yesterday cuz my key card didn't work for like a good time you guys still owe me $5 deposit because I had no amenities

My wife enjoy this hotel because it's easy to park at, easy to go to the ****** and close to local concert venues like the Forge & a handful of restaurants.

I love the hotel and the staff are great. I was not happy with the food options and hours for access to restaurants. The people were very kind and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay. We went to the ****** and to a concert at the Rialto. This place was perfect for an overnight getaway.

The property was in great shape. The room was clean and overlooked the river. The hotel parking was convenient and had a skywalk to the hotel.

We had a midnight fire drill. Got down 4 flights before we heard it was a false alarm. So back to the room, but the alarm continued on for 10 more minutes. We had a hard time falling back to sleep. Staff
was unsympathetic. They waved a 17.50. Big deal! We gambled, plus paid over $100 for the room.
