房間比較寬敞，早餐也還不錯，最大的亮點是提供了燒水壺，這對於喜歡喝喝水的我來説，是意外的驚喜。美中不足的是淋浴間略小，整體還算滿意。

I have stayed at the Mercure in Joinville every month, in the last two yeas, for business and it is aways a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit old and it is currently under renovation, the service is really good and makes it the best hotel in town. One episode that made me write this review has happened recently. I have lost my phone inside to the hotel, between breakfast and check out... and when I realised I was without the phone I became extremely worried believing that someone has taken it. With this situation at hand, the staff was fantastic. Enzo and Daniel at the front desk, helped me to calm down, get my computer, log in to apple find and finally find the phone at the parking lot They were mote than professional, they were kind and helpful. Therefore, I confidently recommend anyone who is going to Joinville to stay at the Mercure.

Very bad room. Awful illuminated. Small and hard beds. No light on the shower space. The TV in the middle of the way, improvised on a small table. Uncomfortable work place. Old equipment. No power outlet in the bedroom near the beds. Very slow internet.

Hotel ruim. Há hotéis bem melhores pelo valor que se cobra. Atendimento ruim na recepção, parece que estão ali por obrigação e pouco preparo. Comida ruim no restaurante. Quarto grande mas sem nenhum aconchego. Janelas sem vedação de ruído. Talvez tenha sido um bom hotel no passado, mas não foi bem conservado com o tempo.
