This is our first time we stayed over here for 4 Days & 3 Nights for our November StayCation in Johor Bahru. We are happy that the space for the bedroom and living room is huge and spacious. We didn't really make full use of the facilities as most of the time, we are enjoying the comfort inside the hotel room. We literally enjoyed our stay very much. It's easy to get to makan venues and shopping is just directly opposite Transportation is also accessible too. The hotel lobby could have been more spacious to accommodate more space for hotel guest and with better air conditioning please. And safely for hotel guest as we have realised that we do not need to tap the hotel card to reach the hotel room when we board the lift. Other than that, we are happy and have enjoyed our days of stay throughout the StayCation period. Thank you for having us over here. We will consider to be back for our next StayCation once again.

Love how spacious and beautiful the entire suite is. It's an apartment by itself with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and very comfortable rooms. Location wise is superb, just across the road from Komtar JBCC and Haidilao just right below.

Room is big and comfortable. Cleanliness acceptable. Just the registration takes very long.... Havent got the chance to use the swimming pool... Breakfast is so-so

The hotel is located conveniently across Komtar in JB. Just a short walk from the CIQ Complex, with a 24-hour convenient store below and HDL hotpot which is open till 5am.

Booking no. *********** I am writing this message with great disappointment to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience left me extremely frustrated and angry. As shown in the attached email, at 10 PM during my stay in a two-bedroom suite, the bathroom in the master bedroom started leaking extensively. I made three phone calls to your front desk, and each time I was told that someone would be sent up immediately to address the issue. However, I waited for 25 minutes with no response. It was only after I personally went down to the front desk to inquire that someone began contacting the maintenance manager using a mobile phone. Approximately 15 minutes later, someone finally arrived to fix the bathroom ceiling. I was staying with my 70-year-old parents and my 9-year-old child, and after nearly 40 minutes of waiting in the middle of the night, I repeatedly requested a room change for us to rest, given the late hour. After another 15 minutes, we were finally assigned a similar room type. When we moved from room 3302 to 2902, we were informed that the keys to the other bedroom and bathroom could not be found. After more than an hour of waiting and waiting, it was not until 1 AM that my family could finally rest. This was an extremely terrible experience.The next morning at checkout, I discussed this issue with the on-duty manager and requested a resolution and compensation plan. The on-duty manager promised to get back to me as soon as possible. It has now been five days, and I am still waiting for your response.I urge you to address this matter urgently and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Next to Amari, next to 7 Eleven, walking distance to HDL, Komtar, City Square. Room size is extremely big with a kitchen. Will be back !

Best hotel that I ever stayed in JB. It’s always booked out because the location is so good, just above haidilao and just a short walk away from the customs! Clean amenities and big rooms with living room area. Love the huge toilet and dressing as well.

Had a great stay here in Shama. Will definitely come back here soon. ☺️

I was shocked when I walked into my room! It was so sleek, beautiful and clean! I love the appliances provided, the giant mirror, the walk in vanity area! It was a perfect stay for me! Some dust here and there and a little wear and tear on some corners but nothing that affects the stay. Will definitely come back!

Hotel was spacious and comfortable. With useful amenities like the microwave and a good sized fridge. Location was superb as near the CIQ and malls, convenient for us to get around. Hotel is not new but relatively clean enough. There is also a 24hr eating place right opposite the hotel which was very convenient. Enjoyed our stay at Suasana (:

We saw thed stain on floor right after we open the door. We try to clean it but still there. And the bathroom sink is dirty. The room have dust over the floor and window. During check in the staff didn't inform us about where and time for breakfast and didn't give us breakfast voucher (when morning we go for breakfast the staff there ask the voucher from us). We show our booking confirmation which stated included breakfast for 4 person and the staff still said suppose you need to give me the voucher. But the end we successfully entry without giving voucher. If the voucher is so important but why when check in the staff didn't give us? The location was great. Nearby mall and easy to get food. Have 7-11 downstair.

First time staying under new management. All remain good and the same. Will book again if price is reasonable.
