自助辦理入住，還算方便。但小區樓很多，找了好一會。房屋很整潔，老闆響應很及時。有廚房。能免費停車，但車位要自己找。建議:以後衞生間可以備一瓶洗手液，浴液和洗髮水。

房間温馨又乾淨，有家的感覺。可做飯，常用的調料都有。用品齊全。老闆大哥人特別好。在此人生地不熟沒少麻煩老闆大哥電話打了幾次，有事溝通大哥説話很温和。能遇見這麼好的人很開心。感謝感謝！
再有機會來此地。還住智行民宿。值得推薦。

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，備品充足，一次性牙刷、牙膏，品牌的洗護用品，拖鞋、衞生間配有一次性馬桶墊等，所需物品一應俱全，為旅行遊玩帶來好心情。廚房也很乾凈，有廚具和炊具，可以自己煮飯做菜，還配有油、鹽和調味料，非常方便。感謝房主周到服務，和熱心提供遊玩攻略。

房子特別乾淨，房間東西準備的也非常好，也全，出遊這些天感覺這個民宿是最好的了，孩子在屋子看電視都不願意出去玩了，以後再來還住會選擇他家。老闆人也和氣有問必答

看好評比較多的。親身體驗真的不錯，非常乾淨，床上用品都是純棉的。廚房設備啥都有，還可以做飯。老闆人很好，有不知道的景區和吃飯的地方也一一的説請楚。再來還住這。值得推薦。

房間很乾凈 房間裏基本的生活用品都有 去筆架山附近玩很不錯的選擇 步行就到了 缺點就是距離市區比較遠 附近沒有水果店 其他都不錯

在一個小區裏面，停車還算方便，離着筆架山不到2公里。自助入住，到達後聯繫店家，會告訴電梯鑰匙所在和房門密碼。
