在古塔公園邊上，老城區，位置還不錯，離河邊兩站路，去夜市10分鐘，周邊吃飯的地方也挺多的。周邊在進行老城改造，一片亂糟糟的。停車也不是特別方便，也沒個指示牌兒，路又泥又坑窪，井蓋也蓋不嚴。房間感覺年久失修，有點兒臟兮兮的，不像是這兩年剛裝修的樣子，和網上的圖片相差很大。立櫃的門都要掉了，客房門也縫隙很大，關不嚴實。衞生間的衞生死角特別多。

本來不想評價的，越想越不對，不吐不快。1、老闆很熱情，幫着找車位。2、預訂頁面圖片和實際入住環境嚴重不符。3、根本不是什麼賓館，就是個小旅店。4、半夜有蚊子得自己買蚊香。5、整天入住環境欠佳。總之不推薦，預訂需謹慎。

停電不是賓館的問題，但是到了晚上十一點多還不來電，還不肯退房，説實話很不地道。你們需要旅客理解，你們是不是也應該理解一下旅客呢？即便來電了，一晚上沒熱水洗澡，難道你們不應該説句抱歉的話嗎？
廢話不多説，住了一晚上的體會就是這家店不打算做回頭客生意做法。

晚上九點多洗澡，是冷水，隔音特別差，因為房間門下面是有七釐米門縫的，沒有電梯，下水道反味。總之老破舊。
