房間挺小的，我們訂的二十平米，但是感覺並沒有，而且沒有空調，如果要求高的不建議住，但是老闆娘服務超級好，有求必應餓的

1.位置晉中市榆次區大學城附近，聶村別墅區，熱鬧非凡。2.環境民宿中相對乾淨，衞生情況良好。3.設施還行，與其房間價格相符。4.服務老闆、老闆娘很熱情，態度很好。5.周邊聶村別墅區的飯店、商店挺多的，夜市也很熱鬧；附近就是大學城，有工科大、太原理工（明向校區）醫科大、中醫葯大學等諸多高校。

考試期間胡亂漲價，從八十多漲到一百三十六，設施老舊，連飲用水都沒有，一查充電器，燈就閃不停，隔音壓根沒有，世上最差，根本不值這個價，房費五十都覺得多
