The hotel was excellent as this is my second time i am staying there i was very happy with the services and and the stuff where very helpful and kind. I will definitely stay there again for my next trip i highly recommend it.

The hotel is older. Relatively clean and convenient to navigate to. Could not make the TV to operate but who cares.

這要是有0分我就給0分了！不説這酒店舊，可以，起碼要乾淨吧！做了這麼多年酒店不知道什麼叫乾淨嗎？還有剩的垃圾袋？用過的牙膏牙刷？馬桶，沖水都費勁，我都要看着是不是沖乾淨了，以免下次用我先刺激到自己；Wi-Fi，廁所是沒有的，現在什麼年代了，覆蓋率還能這麼差；空調，更可怕，已經降温了，還是製冷，來了個保潔大姨趾高氣揚的告訴我這是中央空調，他們控制不了，控制不了你來幹嘛？我沒有文化沒見過中央空調？前台説現在還是製冷，這個天還製冷？效仿東北呢？一點禮貌都沒有！不是差評，是怒評！

本來就是沖開元這個品牌訂的，以前住的開元水準在那，結果真的大跌眼鏡，絕對是我住過的最差開元，沒有之一，開元怎麼想的，收這酒店壞自己名聲嗎？
房間：一開始想要高樓層的房間，説沒房了，給了6樓的，結果一進去破爛不堪，不如招待所，要求換房馬上説衹有一間可以換，新是新點了，對着主幹道，窗户隔音也爛到家，都關了也炒的不行。進門衣櫃門都卸了也不裝看圖。
停車：門口保安晚上開小差沒人指揮，更不要説門僮了。走進大門看看到大門貼個紙讓停地下室去，關鍵酒店地面停車場對社會開放，地下停車場和居民區合用還不劃分區域也是混亂不堪。
配套：酒店一樓門面都租給了社會小店就不説了，更離譜的大廳裏面還和售樓處合用也不區分。
服務：更是差到極點，酒店阿姨拎着2個人這麼大的垃圾袋盡然還要和客人硬擠一個電梯。換房看房時孩子就是手放在床上放一下，阿姨馬上警告這個房間剛剛我打掃好不要亂碰。門口保安開小差，前台態度冷淡態度差。早餐時間沒到就開始收餐。
最後總結：從硬件到軟件都是亂七八糟，一塌糊塗，3星標準都不錯了，最離譜的是有什麼勇氣賣400塊一晚的？？？開元如果真掛這個酒店牌子該好好整頓了，不要砸了招牌。
商務這麼貴不推薦，停車不方便，親子就更不推薦了，安全都沒保障，別説乾淨衞生服務了。

攜程上訂的酒店，目前來講最滿意的一次。
兩大兩小訂的雙床房，告訴前台想看江景，安排！
老公想看這座城市夜景，告知後前台果斷安排換對面房間，很感動！
入住給孩子單獨準備小童拖鞋和牙刷！有小童的遊樂設施，對小童入住很友好！
早餐很豐富，物超所值！

到金華遊玩，在市區附近選了一家酒店，整體感覺很不錯！前台服務也很熱情，非常有禮貌，辦理入住也是很順利！酒店早餐比較豐富，有當地的特色，這一點很贊，房間乾淨整潔，很清爽，住的舒服！床單被套這些也很乾凈，房間電視機也挺大的，設施很好！給我們體驗的房間很好，下次還會選擇這邊！
