一個房間的房卡，住一晚上第二天就消磁了，進不去房間。再次去前台換新卡，給做了一半，即衹能上到自己樓層，不能到自己房間。（電梯=OK 房間=NG）再次換卡，我提出的問題在回答之前不過腦子，這一宿睡的我…………嗡嗡的。再也不會住這裏！

基層服務員明顯都沒受過專業訓練，管理人員多數缺乏酒店業從業者的專業素養。——服務員打掃衞生，在明知屋裡有人的情況下推門就進。房間裏面不放浴巾、浴衣，經指出後居然連個道歉的意思都沒有。這種情況，總之本人以後斷然不會再住了。

因為要去方特，晚上6點從武漢出發，太累了所以想找一個稍微好一點的環境的酒店。打折後510元的酒店，簡直不如200元。訂的行政大床房，進去房間臭氣喧天，換了房間後，才發現是一個被改了的套房的一間，因為累了就不想折騰了。但是忍受後的結果是，因為房間是改過來的，衣櫃從浴室分割出來，浴室臭氣熏天。服務能打三星，主要是給那個可憐的樓管阿姨，拿了個花露水噴了噴，可是夜晚關掉排風扇後的臭味不可以忍受。更不用談那個毛巾，浴池，廁所。一晚上無眠。再也不去。

五星酒店就是這個樣子？
一、哪裡都是臟兮兮的，地毯上瓜子皮紙屑 什麼都有
二、桌子上都是污漬
三、桌面隨意一擦紙巾都發黑了
四、問服務人員要一個馬桶墊，跟我説單獨收費3元
五、晚上中央空調嗡嗡作響，特別打擾休息，開了一晚上也不暖和
六、入户門關不嚴，門框上都是被撬過的痕跡，門鎖也是壞的，不能反鎖。
服務：很差，停車地庫都沒電梯，晚上漆黑一片
環境：居住環境很不好
衞生：臟亂差
設施：陳舊

本次旅行第一次探索沙市市，首選中山公園，絕對是歷史記憶地。選擇了公園邊的晶崴國際大酒店。
具體打分説明瞭硬件。大堂服務員熱情，特別是小段介紹周圍環境打卡地。去往長江邊歷史名地，也就打車起步距離。
晨練公園的太極愛好者太多了！
公園路口的沙市長途客運站，去往周邊地也特方便！
一次不錯的旅行選擇。

五一帶娃出去玩，周邊城市溜達一圈，吃完小龍蝦，半夜到荊州，計劃第二天去主題公園玩，好不容易訂到一間親子房，裝飾還是用了心的，不過酒店確實有點老，設施有些落伍了，估計和均瑤酒店差不多年限。但是，有一説一，服務絕對是一流的，配得上五星的氣質，服務人員各個都專業， 態度非常好，有老牌五星的軟實力。不過硬件有些細節不足，比如衞生間的花灑插孔太高了，既然是親子，如果在低一點的地方加個花灑插孔，方便小朋友，就更好了。

房間設施老舊 一進去發現馬桶蓋好臟 電動窗簾開關都不順暢 工作人員來開關也需要整很久。預訂時備註不要靠近電梯，結果還是安排了離電梯廳最近的房間，車位也是相當緊張，晚一點就沒有了，完全達不到五星酒店的標準。
