前台服務很好，很有禮貌，五星好評加🍗！設施很新，除了停車的話位置有一點點不方便停，總體來説還可以哦。

作為過路休息來説整體還不錯，還乾淨的，也比較安靜，就是退房當天的，先下樓開發票，應該是夜班人員一個女的態度不怎麼好，很硬，（因為我正式退房後又是一位服務員了）其餘的都還是不錯，像帶領我們泊車的，還有做早餐的阿姨；

酒店性價比很高，房間看起還很新，停車方便就在酒店門口，前台拿票免費。周邊環境也可以，比較接地氣，餐飲在網上搜了一家當地排名第一的大排檔，味道還可以。建議早餐可以更豐富一點，房間裏面可以放一些荊州旅遊宣傳冊或當地旅遊攻略介紹。

位置也挺好，周邊不遠什麼都很齊全
酒店沒開很久，設施都挺新也挺乾淨
入店有小零食送，非常温馨
連接wifi要掃碼關注，然後獲取你電話號碼啥的，這個我真的非常反感！！

佔據大廈8～12樓，房間面積大，房間內設施齊全，乾淨。位置好，離大賽巷步行十五分鐘，也可以步行到章華寺，前台服務人員熱情周到。贈送了眼罩和耳塞，其實酒店夜間還是比較安靜的，用不着耳塞。酒店前停車位有限，這次入住12樓熱水水壓有點小。

酒店位置很好找，門前有停車場，酒店還配有免費的洗衣房，房間乾淨整潔明亮，前台小姑娘熱情周到，距離美食街也不遠，下次來荊州還會選擇住在這裏的
