An average hotel in an average destination.
Location can’t be bettered. Right around the corner from the night market and restaurants.
Breakfast was Chinese style, and of average quality.
Staff were friendly, but not 4 diamond service.

公共區域還可以，客房房間狹小，去的時候是淡季，房間四百多的定位，跟圖片有差距，尤其衞生間一個人刷牙一個人洗澡浴室門都開不開。設施破舊，能湊合的絕不維修一下如圖可見，衞生到處肉眼可見的灰塵，尤其是吹風機吸風口那裡（隨手擦了就沒拍照），還是我幫它擦的。浴巾破洞不説，假睫毛還在上面（我從來不化粧可別説是我的），那個膠帶貼的就忍了，那個浴室下水直接一塊瓷磚放上面，好像裏面堵了很多頭髮，現在看到圖片還噁心，前台服務意識一般般，（稍微感受到一些服務的還是穿黑色衣服的）拖着行李拖着孩子，衹有一個服務員幫忙提箱子（雖然不急不慢但也還是感受到一些服務意識）另外的那位短髮淺色衣服齊短髮不知道什麼職位可能是領班嗎，感受不到她的服務（倒是感受到了老闆的架子），淡季該做服務做服務，性價比達不到就不要硬賣，當晚果斷立馬周邊找了一家其他的酒店，第二天換了別家。還 4 星級的標誌，這服務衞生設施？

版納連住三天的酒店，藏在告莊的鬧市裡，夜晚卻異常的安靜。去酷泰和婉泰吃飯很方便，一日遊的集合點也才幾百米。步行幾百米就是星光夜市和六國水上市場。樓下還有不少美食，值得推薦的酒店。

位置不錯離星光夜市很近，房間不太乾淨整潔，有一個小露台衹能站不能坐有衣架可以曬衣服。衞生間緊湊淋浴房寬敞，衞浴龍頭是科勒的水來的快熱水充足。沒有含早不知如何，對比起價格還是不錯的選擇。

服務態度總體還是挺好的，地理位置也很好。但是清潔人員總是不經允許扔掉房間的食物和飲料，酒店介紹是包含接送機的，但是實際上衹接機，並不含送機，最後自己打車去了機場。酒店的床有一點硬，也沒有每天換床單。
