pretty good, amazing breakfast, and although the pool was under maintenance during our stay they made sure to make it up for it. The gym is fully equipped and the indoor pool is great too!

I love this eco-friendly hotel.
The reason why located far from downtown, it has pros and cons.
Swimming pool is a bit cold on Dec.
Breakfast is nice, especially noodles, even if I am foreigner, I totally satisfied.

The check-in and check-out processes were painfully slow and disorganized. Only one available staff, people jumping the line, nobody putting these people in order. We had to start arguing with other guests to have them respect the line. Very unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

Very kids friendly, the basic service sense can be further improved especially at breakfast restaurant, a bit messy when too many clients. The rest are all good.

Nice and very big hotel but mostly for Chinese tourist and families. Difficult to deal if you are a non chinese speaker as only a few employees speaks good english and very few signs and documents are in english. However we had a nice stay. Garden, rooms and food are quite good.

Nice,but they don’t have sex service mines they can’t provide nice girls and sex.
