Family-friendly Hotels in Jinan

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

Very friendly staff and services. The reception Lucky called me a taxi using her phone. Appreciate her help. The cons are 1) hotel is 15 mins drive away from the airport and 2) the shuttle only runs every hour - from 6-10 am, one hour interval. So if you flight is in between those times you need to wait or take the earlier one

The hotel located at the old city area. Old building but rooms were refreshed. Walking distance to park. Excellent customer service namely, Xiao Shang who assisted us with check in and handling the hiccups with our local tour agent. Central air conditioning was shut down (probably energy savings measure) at night but we were given stand fan instead. Delicious breakfast with many varieties of local dishes. A good hotel to stay in Jinan.

Great location right in the middle for the city. Room was big and clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was okay.

Nice hotel, all things clear and understandable, good service, tasty coffee, but one thing only problem, difficult to find, even local people have issues to find hotel on map

Wonderful experience staying here. The staff's very friendly, especially Luna, Abby, Julie and all of them. Room is very clean. Facilities are great! Would recommend staying here if you are coming to Jinan.

For a budget hotel, it's pretty good. The hotel room was huge. The breakfast was not bad. There's a couple BBQ places next to hotel and a few shops nearby. There's a huge mall called MixC which is a short taxi ride away. Lots of restaurants and shops there, I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!
