After being locked up for more than a year due to the pandemic, I decided to venture out and try my luck in this place that offered open spaces, privacy, and coexistence with nature. From the moment we arrived at the hacienda, the warmth and kindness of all the staff made us feel at home. They took care of every detail of our stay, from pre-planning the menus to giving us a temporary room for both an early check-in and a late check-out. The gardens and views of the hacienda are impressive, totally impeccable and maintained like few other places we have traveled to. The food is simply spectacular. A complete gastronomic experience, from the quality of the ingredients to the different presentations of the dishes. The staff serving the tables cares about making you feel special and at home, offering you more coffee, another drink, an additional portion of any food (the portions are generous). We did several of the activities offered at the hacienda such as: tour to the waterfalls, rappelling, balloon flight, massage. All the providers of these services are super well trained, we feel safe at all times and we enjoy each of the experiences 100%. Anaid, who is the director of operations, was attentive to our needs at all times. Mr. Javier, Bertha and Chuy from the restaurant were super friendly, they served us all the time with a smile and pampered us excessively. Maestro Bartolo, who has been working in the group for many years, told us stories and legends of the place. Highly recommended to go as a couple or as a family with children. It is an unforgettable experience for children to live with nature and disconnect from technology for a few days.
