I flew from Shanghai to Jieyang and arrived at Jieyang Airport at around 11pm, so I found a hotel near the airport to stay for one night. The hotel is only a five- to six-minute drive from the airport, and there is free shuttle service, but remember to make a reservation in advance for drop-off. The room decoration is relatively new. This is an advantage. The shortcomings are: there are a lot of mosquitoes. Even after the hotel gave me mosquito repellent, there were still mosquitoes buzzing in my ears, which affected my sleep. Hygiene needs to be improved, and there are hairs on the ground that have not been cleaned.

The hotel service is quite good, including pick-up and drop-off. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It would be better if there were two pillows. The breakfast was very simple and suited my taste. The price may be a bit higher than that of nearby hotels.

The price has not increased too much, it's quite standard, still cheaper than in the city. Why don't hotels in Chaoshan provide slippers? They are all paper slippers, so easy to slip 😓
