前台美女熱情，禮貌，介紹附近小吃於景點，保安大叔幫忙提行李，第三次住了房間大，亮，衞生不錯，交通方便。

酒店旁邊就是嘉峪關四中，離核酸檢測點很近，步行5分鐘。
裝修簡潔大方，配色清雅。一樓大堂有一架藏書，可以借回房間閲讀。
早餐每天7點到9點，菜品比較豐富，每日更新。

首先收按金，無語，攜程和公司擔保，還要收按金，並且沒有按金條，無厘頭，這一點差評1！
其次，前台服務態度差，保安態度差，第二天晚上回去沒有拖鞋，連用過的都扔了，打前台要，衹送了一雙，前台沒有道歉的意思，保安上來竟然還威脅我，什麼垃圾酒店，一樣做不好，就算了，竟然從頭差到尾，差評2！
必須要酒店主管以上負責人道歉，否則投訴到底。

市區酒店房間很乾凈衞生，早餐也算不錯。酒店旁邊有永和豆漿，如果喜歡吃豆漿油條也是很好的選擇。因為在市區，吃飯也非常方便，選擇也多。
