- Booked a lake view room, and received a different with a view to the street.
- The sink was broken which flooded the room.
- Almost no hot water in the shower.
- No towels provided by the hotel - only paper ones.
When I reached to Trip.com to report this - the hotel manager lied about the situation.
Bottom line - If hot water, a working sink, getting the room you booked and no floods in the room are important to you - I Would recommend to book a room somewhere else.

The house is okay, there is nothing to choose from. From the boss to the waiters, they are all very enthusiastic. It is opposite the East Lake. If you have plenty of time, you can go around. The only bad thing is the sensor light. It comes on inexplicably in the middle of the night. The boss can improve it and it will be perfect.

Hygiene: Very poor. There are various stains and oil stains on the table and bedside table. I wiped them with toilet paper and they can be wiped off...
Service: It is extremely difficult to ask for an extra bath towel. There are only two in one room... I bathe frequently in summer, so what's wrong with asking for one more... It seems like I am taking a huge advantage from them.

The location is very good. Just turn a corner after getting off the expressway. The room is okay. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. It takes more than ten minutes to go to Fuqiang Market.
