Hampton by Hilton Jiaxing Canal

I brought my mom to Jiaxing for Mother's Day. Considering transportation, safety, environment and other aspects, I decisively chose Hilton. The environment is very nice, the service attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. When checking out, Xiao Wang at the front desk was also very good. Except that the air conditioner was turned off a little early, everything else was really great. Breakfast is self-service, not bad! The key is that the price-performance ratio is very high. Next time I go to Jiaxing, I will choose Hilton again.

The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view outside the window. A group of nine people stayed in four rooms. One room encountered a small problem. When communicating, I met a young male manager who immediately helped to solve it. The next morning, because we were in a hurry, we didn't have time for breakfast, so we ate a little in a hurry. Xiao Wang in the restaurant helped pack fruits and yogurt for us to eat on the way. I feel that the hotel has done enough homework in humanistic care. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Jiaxing next time.

Wanda Plaza is next to it, very convenient for shopping and eating. 3) Rich breakfast, both Chinese and Western, noodles and wontons are made with chicken soup, with many varieties and good quality. Popular items are quickly replenished after they are taken out. This kind of service deserves a thumbs up. 4) The room is great, with a reasonable layout and many sockets, which is very convenient. The scenery outside the window is also good, especially the night view. 5) The service is particularly good. They will call in advance to communicate the arrival time. Although the room is tight during the May Day holiday, we still arranged to check in immediately after arriving. Check-in, check-out and luggage storage are all very fast. Especially Xiao Li and Xiao Wang, thumbs up. I will stay here again when I come to Jiaxing in the future

The most impressive thing is that the hotel is very new, all the facilities are very new, especially the bedding and towels, which are very important. The location of the hotel is OK, next to the canal park, it is good for a walk, but if you want to go to the Yuehe River, Nanhu Lake and other scenic spots, you have to drive there, about three or four kilometers. The breakfast is rich. Xiao Li Bingo at the front desk is good, responds promptly, and meets all needs.
