I have spent a lot of time building up the environment, and I should pay more attention to the quality of hotel service. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby, and the service staff are wrapped in long and thick winter clothes, and their stiff bodies have lost their hospitality posture. In this hotel that lacks service awareness, the lobby is cold; the restaurant is cold; the service is also cold. Such a hotel is not worthy of Ctrip's recommendation and cooperation. We are the hotel's guests, and even more Ctrip's guests. For a hotel that lacks a service concept, no amount of hardware decoration becomes meaningless.
