環境不錯床鋪乾淨衞生有熱水洗澡方便。
服務：服務態度很認真換毛巾換床單都很快
設施：吹風機，熱水器，熱水壺都有比較齊全

1.茶壺，兩個茶壺裡麪都是臟水，茶壺都是缺口。
2.台盆水龍頭是壞的，也不維修，出水小還噴到身上都是。
3.淋浴房門掉了沒及時維修，變成了沒有門的。
4.淋浴房地漏下水下不了，洗了會水全在腳下。
5.看起來高端的加熱馬桶，沒有熱水的，還不如普通馬桶算了，沒這個念想了。
6.床頭貼的wifi密碼就是個擺設，沒這個網絡。
7.房間本來擺個根雕是個高雅的事情，但是，長期不維護，根雕底部全是黑色的異物，看起來挺噁心。
一句話，這家店少去為妙。

總體還不錯，服務比較滿意，民宿的小哥哥很nice，有問題馬上處理，回覆也迅速，第一次全家躺着看投影大幕布電影，感覺不錯！

位置就在卧龍橋碼頭邊上打開窗户就可以看到一艘艘遊船進過，客房裝修有點舊了不過打掃得很乾凈，不過網絡信號很差基本沒有

因為是國慶錯峯去的 所以人不多也不會很擁擠 最近的天氣也很適合去古鎮逛逛 去之前選了很久的客棧 最終決定在這一間 來了以後發現沒有選錯服務：客棧的管家 老闆都很熱情 ，會提前聯繫發好停車的地方給你，還會告訴你幾點過來不用買票
衞生： 就是有點潮濕 ，這個是無法避免的 ，廁所裏也放了去味的香薰，可以打開空調的除濕 很有效果 每天早上阿姨都會來問需不需要打掃 還會及時補充房間的日用品 床品和房間都很乾凈 像我這種潔癖有些嚴重的人住着都沒有覺得不舒服
環境：客棧就在卧龍橋檢票口的旁邊 旁邊就有一家清吧 還有瑞幸 這條街也比較清凈 晚上不會影響休息 房間窗户外面就是河道 清早起來打開窗能看到水面 還有停在河邊的小船 岸邊的大樹 風一吹就嘩啦啦地響 坐在桌邊喝喝茶看看風景 時間都變慢了

設施：房間裏雨傘 花露水 蚊香液都一應俱全 ，
西塘是很值得去的一個地方 上班太累可以找個放空一下自豈 斑馬民宿就是一個很不錯的選擇

酒店雖然在景區外面，但挨着檢票口進出景區特別方便，酒店的小院子院子環境比較清幽，還有麻將室，院子裏還有一顆櫻花樹，沐浴着冬日暖陽，坐在鞦韆上，卸去一身的疲憊，約上三五好友品茗，暢談，在這愜意的時光裏，每年都會來好幾次西塘，第一次選擇了他家，後面就停不下來了，每一次都會帶給我不一樣的感受 ，老闆自己還會燃起圍爐，煮着一壺茶，在這冬日裏，也是別有一番滋味，房間很舒適乾淨，看的出來是用心在做民宿了，他們家還有很多貓貓，這回認識了樂樂貓，哈哈，一衹中分小帥哥，衞生用品也很 nice，老闆還貼心的給我升級了複式房型，給老闆點贊，下次來必須把這個院子包了

宿管小哥很熱心，幫忙帶路還幫提行李，房間位置還是比較好找的，安排的房間很温馨，有一個獨立的院子和露台，天氣暖和的時候可以幾個人坐在一起喝茶看風景，床很大是榻榻米的很舒適，主題是斑馬很有趣，比較適合年輕人
