膠州賓館交通方便，停車有大院，很安全。乾淨衞生，環境優美，前台服務特別好，特別是小姜和小尹服務質量高，特別熱情。

早餐是中餐，中規中矩，免費停車，位置很好，服務也很好，幫着拿行李，送到電梯，乾淨衞生，大浴盆配塑料袋，放心泡澡，挺舒服的，不足之處，我住的房子開窗就是牆，有點堵得慌，好在就住一晚，不知道是不是都這樣，因為住一晚就沒在要求調整，

環境什麼的都非常好，就是這個門鎖有點問題，一反鎖就吱吱的報警響，後來説是接觸不好，雖然最後阿姨們服務也很好也幫我解決了，但是希望酒店可以改一改，畢竟價格在膠州算貴的了，一般的酒店都不會出現這種問題，希望引起重視。

因為很重視這次客人到訪，所以定了膠州賓館。畢竟名字就代表了地位，而且位置又在最核心的地段。
環境：很不錯，賓館所在位置外部和內部景觀都很好。賓館內的設施有些陳舊，但是總有些精緻感，給人感覺很舒服。
服務：一般，第一天住完酒店給我打電話説毛巾變黃色了，認為受損了，補償15元，我沒多想。第二天退房時，客房部又説毛巾變黃了，這次因為家裡人都在邊上，就解釋了是粉底，這個是可以清洗的。比較有爭議的是，客房甚至都沒有嘗試去清洗，就定義為毛巾受損了，直接要求賠償了，是否有點過了？二是門口領口罩，可能平常住的三百多價位的亞朵、全季都是特別重視服務的，口罩這種東西就是你沒了直接要就可以，這邊的話需要你填一大串訊息，而且每個人都要填，而且這位大姐有點態度太急了。我想客户提出需求的時候，就是你們表現服務水平的時候，我從這種服務感受不到優秀。
對於服務人員，我更想叫一聲大姐，因為確實不像是同價位亞朵、全季等的服務水平那麼專業，更隨意一些，不是很舒服。
這一次因為賓館想定在市中心附近，下一次真的要好好考慮了，感覺三百多選擇還是很多的，亞朵、全季的服務確實比這個好一些。

服務特別好，每位服務員都很用心的在為客人服務，在前台突然咳嗽一聲前台真真都會主動提供礦泉水並扭開遞給我，很感動，酒店房間衞生和住宿環境也很棒，是一次很好的入住體驗。

膠州賓館作為國營酒店基本上可靠可信，飯菜花樣較多，衞生條件好。服務人員的主動服務意識較強，待客熱情大方。但是，不可否認的是，單人房間侷促狹小，設施偏舊，價格偏貴。膠州自從青島新機場開業以來，誕生了很多不同檔次的酒店。從性價比上看，膠州賓館已不佔優勢了。不降價的話客人會逐漸選擇其他酒店。

服務很好，很正規，也沒差評説得隔音差。但是吧，早餐一般，沒有咖啡；另外可能是因為老賓館，房間內插座很少，且隱藏很深，是否有可能修改或者添加插排？

本來不想評價的，因為設施真的很陳舊。
但是，我要説但是。這家店是我住過所有酒店裡麪，洗澡水壓，水温，水流絕對可以進前三。洗澡太舒服了。
另外一個門廳的小夥子，會送我去客房，走的時候，幫我提着行李，走到了側門，還是有段距離的，服務滿意。
