建水古城中心地段，城內的景點都很方便。停車位比較多。房間很大，通風好，乾濕分區，智能馬桶。周邊吃飯方便。很滿意的一次住宿。

設施：還不錯，房間很大，尤其馬桶還是温控的，非常好
衞生：還不錯
環境：地理位置好，離文廟、朱家花園、香滿樓、建水人家都很近，客棧旁邊也有不少奶茶店和名創優品便利店這些很方便。窗外竹影婆娑，什麼都不幹，開着窗，躺在床上也很愜意。
服務：老闆很隨和，到的那天晚上還主動聯繫，派出租車來接。因為我和媽媽感冒發燒了，想延遲退房，老闆也很爽快地答應了。
建水，還沒玩夠，下次再來。

設施齊全，乾淨衞生，地理位置十分優越，在古鎮中心，去朱家花園，文廟和學政考棚都很方便。出門左右都是步行街區，吃飯非常方便，推薦離客棧不遠的香滿樓飯店，味道非常好。

喜歡這裏的安靜，鬧市中取靜，房間特別大，居住體驗很好。第一天入住時老闆接待的，諮詢了很多建水的遊覽攻略，晚上夜逛回來後就是老闆娘在啦，温婉的女子，親和力強，希望再有機會到建水還住你這兒。

位置很好，在建水古城裡麪，房間舒適很大，門口有停車位，適合自駕，老闆很熱情還帶着去買了紫陶，值得推薦！

5月21日下午18點25分到建水高鐵站，酒店及時聯繫我們並派車接我們到酒店休息，酒店位置近古鎮北門，到朱家花園，文廟等地10分鐘可走到，離公交車站也近，去建水火車站、建水客運站，團山民居均有公交車可直達，酒店房間較大，乾濕分區，特別是有一次性馬桶墊，這點特別好。

一般，沒有民宿的温馨和精緻，硬件不行，裝修太差，衞生間也不好用，整體衞生也一般。
