房屋乾淨整潔，裝修風格清爽，衞浴設備很好用。出行便捷，去紫陶街和廣慈湖超級近。窗外可以看見廣慈湖的一角。風景優美！下次還會入住。

距離古城有兩公里，步行去古城就可以，停車方便，有免費的停車場，這比住在古城中方便很多，周圍餐廳業很多，吃飯方便。早餐的米線也不錯，餐廳的菜品也是建水特色

酒店位置好，距離紫陶街步行街很近。晚上睡覺也不吵。店面門臉不大。但是房間比較新，設施也不錯。前台和保潔人員服務都很好。特別是那個保潔阿姨李海珍服務特別熱情。本來我衹訂了一天的，後來幾天還是續費繼續住。

因為自駕開車過來的，又不想住在古城周邊，所以就訂了臨安建水錦房店，其實跟着導航很好找，但因為路窄，所以門頭不是很顯眼，尤其停車場在拐角的負角度，一通好找，最後停車觀察了一下，才找到。房屋面積很大，卧具也齊全，軟裝部分也很温馨，乾淨衞生，窗户是新換的非常高級，雖然樓下是居民區，但也很安靜，單人床估計也得有1.5寬，睡兩個人沒得問題，周圍購物很方便，去古城打車基本就是起步價，吃飯去濱河一帶也不是很遠，早飯有現煮的米粉，咖啡機是飛利浦全自動機，酒店的工作人員都很和氣，尤其是保安大叔和早飯煮粉檔的阿姨都很認真負責，符合預期，性價比高！
