第一眼看到酒店靠近馬路上有兩棵樹正開着嬌嫩的花朵，酒店停車場車位很充足，客房寬敞，睡袍柔軟親膚……，我個人覺得貴店各方面都做得特別好，不管是服務人員的專業態度，還是酒店各種設施，這家酒店就是在大城市作為四星級酒店也是實至名歸，我睡眠不好幾年了，在這家酒店四晚我睡得特別好，空氣好，還特別安靜，比我農村的老家還安靜，酒店大門口紅綠燈對面走過去是中央半島小區，裏面有肯德基和瑞辛咖啡，中國漢堡，還有各種連鎖餐廳和超市，卡拉OK，洗髮洗腳按摩，生活特別方便，而且消費不貴，物價也很美麗，短短几天就喜歡上了江陵的一切人和物，希望有機會再回去小住噢。

正大酒店房間格局比較好，挺正規，別住在低樓層就行，低的樓層有那個噪音，好像是來自KTV的
早餐一般，非常一般，湊合吃一口得了，高樓層別選朝馬路的，除非你不怕吵鬧
客服不錯，衞生也行吧，來這裏性價比還行

設施：設施倒是挺齊全的，老式酒店配置
衞生：還算不錯，倒也算比較乾淨
環境：環境不錯，高樓層能俯瞰整個江陵夜景
服務：服務態度很好，服務還應該向一些連鎖酒

感受很差，住個店，充電器丟了，説沒人撿到，到哪去了我也不知道，記得就是落在酒店沒拔；房卡落在酒店了，説沒人撿到，賠了30元；才住進去，説多給一套牙刷，説過了點了，要早上再到前台拿；好吧好吧，我再也不想去了。

我放了一瓶海飛絲洗髮水在洗手間，忘記拿了，今天晚上去要既然前台説沒有，這不是瞎説嗎！我算是服了這個酒店了，這種私人酒店管理還是有好大的問題，換成其它連鎖酒店就不會發生這種情況！

停車場很大，管理到位，酒店位置優越，出行很方便，早餐豐富多彩，衞生間乾濕分離很好，唯一美中不足的，最近回鄉結婚的年輕人比較，住在酒店，凌晨一點了還大聲喧嘩，影響其他客人休息啦！
