#衞生乾淨整潔的房間讓人舒服。#服務民宿管家熱情周到，賓至如歸，主動為我們推薦具有當地特色建德招牌嚴州府飯店味道不錯。#位置交通民宿位置在八佰伴樓上，早上醒來拉開窗簾看江景好心情！附近公交、超市、飯店、小吃，近在咫尺出行方便。#房間設施房間是新裝修的，電視、洗衣機、冰箱、空調等一切設施完好無損，洗澡花灑水量大！總之下次再來建德一定還住她家。

房間裝修風格是現代簡約的風格，房間打掃的很乾凈，洗衣機冰箱都備齊了，窗外能看到新安江，站在陽台上就能吹到江風，特別舒服，樓下是八佰伴商場，超市商場餐飲都有，還是挺方便的，早上在新安江邊上逛一圈特別舒服，空氣很新鮮，建德真是個好地方，下次再來玩還住你家。
