服務真的很好，而且酒店的黃河大鯉魚很好吃。離景區也近，退房的時候還送了小禮物。挺好的。因為水泵的問題，一度馬桶停水了，給總枱打了電話，很認真的解決了，等我們遊覽回來，就已經修好了。退房時還一直再和我們説抱歉。

天津、北京、秦皇島，回陝西順路來的壺口，早上從北戴河出發，自駕了1100公里，怕當天趕不到壺口，下午在服務區才定的酒店，攜程上看評論不錯，當天就剩最後一個標間，就定了。晚上7點半到酒店，停車場大爺和前台工作人員的服務態度讓我們一天的疲憊一掃而光，有點意外，服務態度真很好。房間也不錯，雖算不上高端（畢竟價格很實惠），但是乾淨整潔舒適，早餐也很不錯，車位多停車方便，離景區也很近。整體來説非常不錯，（本次旅行住的最便宜的酒店，但體驗感很好，很親切！）值得推薦！

1.房間挺乾淨，還免費升級房間，nice！
2.本來房間已經有桶裝水、熱水器，想要瓶裝礦泉水，毫不猶豫就給了兩瓶！
3.住宿包含自助早餐，四個熱菜、兩種粥、幾種涼菜、饅頭花捲、水煮雞蛋、小油條，想吃多少吃多少，味道都挺不錯，尤其是黃河大鯉魚，必須點贊！
4.退房時收到了一份伴手禮，裏面有兩個蘋果、兩瓶礦泉水、一包抽紙，很意外，很暖心!
5.窗外就是黃河，河景房沒錯了！
6.停車方便，停車位挺多，離壺口瀑布也不遠！
另外，還送了兩張黃河河心島的遊玩門票。
性價比超高，全是温暖和驚喜，真心不錯！

為一早到壺口瀑布能看到彩虹，查閲這家酒店離景點很近，而且條件還不錯選的。入住的人不少，停車方便，酒店就在路邊，感覺在這樣的地方已經很不錯了。

前台服務員非常熱情還把房間升級了，站窗前可以看到黃河！酒店設施齊全，床單洗的非常乾淨，洗澡水也温度適宜，贈送純凈水無限暢飲！早餐也非常豐富，晚餐本想去其他飯店吃黃河大鋰魚，結果遛了一圏，還是選擇本酒店餐廳！餐廳大廚手藝不錯，一魚兩吃，頭尾熬湯，魚身紅燒！味道太鮮了！👍👍👍👍

春節假期去壺口瀑布遊玩，入住這裏。位置很好，離景區開車5分鐘，停車也很方便。一樓是餐廳，味道嘛一般，價位稍貴，但是景區附近可以理解，過油肉肥肉太多，其他還行，土豆絲炒的那個挺好吃，還有特色延安啤酒，客房挺乾淨的，前台很熱情。
