We had booked the hotel by calling the front desk executive at around 12 Noon for a couple of days, well in advance, upon arrival at 11:15 PM, greeted by the following: 1. Front desk executive (FDE) is unaware of the booking, though was confirmed by the booking executive. a. The situation becomes panicky, with a point to start to search for another hotel room in middle of the night. b. Upon making several telcon, at last the FDE confirmed the booking. 2. Once arrive in the room, a. Observed the broken toilet seat. b. Upon usage of flush, water drain out from outside. c. Water from the bucket to be used for the purpose. d. The comod tilted on one side as not properly grouted, 3. No Hot water from the tap. Upon taking to FDE, replied no hot water is available in the room. If requires, shift to suite. If anybody wish to book room during winter season, please be prepared to have shower with cold water. Dinesh C.
