Nice place to visit with your family. The hotel has everything necessary. We liked the food and accommodations. The place around is nice as well. For a big family they have twin rooms, which was very practical for us. Spa, fitness center and pool - enough to have a good rest

It's a awesome place with great staff, professional medical services and very testy food. It's a good choice for single, couples and family trips. Additionally, Jermuk city is a great place with fantastic nature and with ideal weather in mid August.

Very rude staff, doesn’t know how to communicate with customers and handle customer feedback. The prices don’t match with their service, they include and try to sell additional services which we don’t need.

I would like to note that the price was not justified for me. To begin with: 1. Doctors and the reception employers need to be more kind and customer oriented. In most cases, the mentioned staff was not friendly at all. 2. There were no toothbrushes or toothpastes, also, bottles of water/ mineral water in the rooms. 3. The kitchen was average, though there were various dishes, the food was not always tasty. It is not be noted that there was no coffee for the lunch and the dinner. The bar, in the meantime, was too expensive... 4. The beds in the rooms were too narrow and not suitable. I would definitely not visit the hotel in future.

Jermuk is a perfect spot on the 'wellness map', fantastic views, rich nature and landscape, heathful mineral water and hiking routes. but the Jermuk H&S resort is enriching it even further - I flew over here from the Netherlands to recover from work stress and must say it was worth the travel! luxurious yet affordable, cosy and well equipped. Architecture and interiors are simply gorgeous!

Pros: - fantastic location with a great view over the canyon - clean and tidy - on a walking distance from the mineral water gallery and downtown - 3 courses of meal daily, very ample, big choice, fruit and vegetables available - staff in the restaurant is good - backyard is very nice and comfortable, playground for children available - medical counseling and procedures (so many that one is not able to overgo all of them at once) - the pool with fantastic view and jacuzzi - gym - parking - nice robes and slippers Cons: - staff at the reception needs more training in customer communication - no tooth brush available which is a must for a classy hotel - no bottled water available (see the previous point) - mini bar items actually too expensive in general, this is a great hotel that offers comfortable stay, good meal and wonderful preventive medical procedures.

Потрясающий отель, очень приветливые сотрудники-профессионалы. Гостиница свежая, все со вкусом, номера просторные и чистые, невероятный вид из балкона на природу. По поводу воды, многие пишут, что чайник есть, а воды нет либо нужно покупать. Ребят, в Джермуке чистейшая вода из под крана. Там же таблички есть во всех номерах, что воду из под крана можно пить) наверно просто людям это непривычно) Отдельный восторг - это кухня. Были в этом отеле два раза, второй раз выбирали ради еды) Была в очень многих отелях Европы и Азии, но такого изобилия и качества не встречала нигде. Еда на любой вкус и все настолько вкусно. Персонал приветливый, улыбчивый, в процессе постоянно убирают посуду лишнюю. Так же ходили на процедуры, сотрудницы наимилейшие. В общем, очень остались довольны отдыхом. Всем теперь рекомендую этот отель.

Не соответствует стандартам 4_звездочного отеля. Не рекомендую посетить. Отель и его удобства нуждаются в обновлении. У сотрудников отеля отсутствует вовлечённости в процессе общения с гостем. Не видела позитивного отношения к гостям - без вежливости, улыбки, без тактики информировать гостя.
