June 2024. Reservation for approximately 60,000 won per night on weekdays
Use of room 30* on the 3rd floor (luggage storage at 14:30)
This accommodation has the same building, but each room has a different name or management company.
1. Before check-in, leave your luggage in front of the door (hallway) of the room you will be using.
2. If you call to check in (it seems like you are a foreigner), you will be prompted by text message. It is easy, but it takes some time. Communication is not as smooth as Koreans.
3. It is a room with a high ceiling, but you can hear the sound of chairs upstairs, the sound of doors, and external noise.
4. The bathroom has a strong odor.
I keep running the bathroom exhaust fan, and even if I give up on the noise and turn on the ventilation, it doesn't go away!
The smell can cause headaches, nausea, vomiting, and even make it difficult to sleep.
I have no intention of returning.

Fine for a one night stay.
I had to catch a very early flight and the airport is a mere 2 Km away so walking was a good option. Easy, safe and rather quick exercise.
The room was simple with a fridge and an efficient and rather quiet air conditioning system. The bed was fine. The bathroom basic.
At first I found the check in surprising as it is kind of machine based but with no option for prepaid booking and no human visible. However there is a camera and I was quickly greeted and asked how I could be assisted. All in very good English. After explaining my ”case” a human was sent to finalize the check in process. That in basic English.
I had a good night. For the price paid certainly not unhappy.
One last comment: I could not find the hotel on Google map not on the KakaoMap app (best in Korea be it for public transportation or even walking directions as Google map offers very little there). You will have more luck searching for the ”K Tourist” hotel which is literally adjacent to the Woody tiny hotel.

It was good that there were several places around the hotel for transportation for the 3 nights and 4 days schedule.
A location where you can find all kinds of food restaurants
Even if the bed is cheap and there is no view, I don't need it because I go on a tour during the day, so it's okay.
Have a good rest ^^

The hotel is in a very good location, close to Baojian Road and only a 10-minute walk to the Shilla Duty Free Shop. It's 600 when you get out of the airport. It's just one stop away. It's relatively close to the airport, and taking a taxi is very cheap. I mainly have to catch an early flight the next day. The room for the plane only has air conditioning and no heating in winter. Also, there is no kettle in the room. Opposite is the Health Care Road Pedestrian Street, surrounded by restaurants.

The hotel is very close to the airport (if you’re no carrying a big luggage you can even walk to it). The taxi will cost you around 5,000 Korean Won.
The hotel is quite which I liked very much. Most of people I’ve seen there were senior, they don’t make any noise early in the morning or late at night.

For the price of my stay at Golden Park Hotel, I really could not fault my experience in any way! The staff were very lovely and the location is very convenient for those who are not planning to rent a car in Jeju as the hotel is right next to the Jeju Bus Terminal!
The staff always ensures that your room is cleaned to an immaculate standard once you have left your room for the day to explore the island. They top up your fridge with some water bottles, stack some new towels and make sure that everything is as spotless as can be. Sure I would have loved a few more amenities like a laundry room or some cooking facilities, but it really was enough for someone that just wanted a comfortable hotel to rest in and get ready for island adventures.
The staff were also happy to take care of my luggage after I checked out in the morning at 11am as my flight back to Seoul was at 9pm at night! I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back when I visit Jeju again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Shalom, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The location of the hotel was simply outstanding. Situated just a 30-minute walk away from both the vibrant street market and the famous black pork street, it offered easy access to the heart of Jeju's cultural and culinary scene. One of the first things that caught my attention upon entering the hotel was its pristine cleanliness. From the spotless lobby to the well-maintained corridors. The room itself was impeccably clean, and I was pleased to find fresh linens and towels waiting for me upon arrival. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Now, let's talk about the one perplexing aspect of my stay: the absence of curtains in the bathroom. It was an odd design choice that left me scratching my head. While the bathroom itself was clean and functional, I couldn't help but wonder why there weren't any curtains to provide a sense of privacy. It seemed like a minor oversight in an otherwise well-thought-out hotel. Despite this puzzling bathroom setup, I must emphasize that it did not significantly impact my overall experience. The hotel's positive attributes, including its prime location, cleanliness, and friendly staff, more than made up for this minor inconvenience. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel in Jeju was fantastic. Its unbeatable location, coupled with the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff, created a memorable experience. Although the lack of curtains in the bathroom left me somewhat confused, it didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The hotel room is good with sea view and the wind blows which is really relaxing. You could fall asleep with the sea wind easily. The hotel room is quite big and it’s near the city center. If you would like to have an early check in, the hotel would charge 500000 won in the morning. So one thing isn’t the best it’s just no free early check in. Everything is still good.

XXiaofeixiongXFSI'm a tourist from China. I came to Korea for a week. This guesthouse is a sea-view room. The environment and location are very good. The guesthouse is clean. Every day I wake up and hear the sound of the waves hitting the rocks by pushing the curtains. At the beginning, I have a good mood. From sunrise to sunset, I can harvest a whole day of happiness. I can't get a taxi online, my boss used taxi software to taxi for me, thank the boss, in Korea travel these few days, I see the sea every day very happy, the sea view room brings me happiness, the boss is very enthusiastic,He can speak some simple Chinese. If you have any questions to ask them, they will have the patience to answer me.
IIsti AnggrainiPleasant and Enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We could leave our luggage or bags at the lobby before check-in time. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Towels were clean and replaced daily. The hotel’s location is strategic, very close to the airport (approximately 18 minutes by bus) and various city bus routes pass by. We traveled by bus, so it was very convenient. It is a 4-minute walk to the laundry.
GGuest UserAs with any Lotte Hotel we’ve ever stayed at, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was very clean with strong wifi, and the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy to see the hotel has become more eco-conscious and is no longer using individual plastic toiletry bottles but instead refillable dispensers, and have stopped using plastic cups. We hope that other Lottes will begin to do this, too! We enjoyed the hotel’s lovely rooftop deck, hot tub, and lap pool and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the hotel has an odd timed entrance policy, so even though there were only two other people at the pool, we were asked to leave while we were sitting watching the sunset. The attendant kindly agreed to let us stay until the end of sunset, but it isn’t a great system. We had good room service and loved a side salad the chef made of arugula topped with warm sauteed mushrooms. It was so delicious we wish we could have ordered just the salad, and recommend they add it as an entree on its own. Thank you for another good stay at a Lotte--we hope to come back!
AAnonymous UserCons:
1. Parking — extremely small parking space available for guest. At most, it is able to fit 3 cars at the front of the hotel, and 3 cars at the back of the hotel. If you’re driving, be prepared to pass your car keys to the reception for them to re-arrange the cars as and when needed for other guests to leave the hotel due to the tight parking space.
2. Hygiene level — upon checking in to the hotel, there were strand of hair stuck to the faucet of the shower head; and the drainage system for the shower was extremely slow causing puddles of water while showering. The rain shower was not fully functional, causing the water to splatter in all direction.
3. Suspicious wire behind mirror — we also realised there was a wire hidden behind the mirror; it is either that the wiring was exposed or that it is connected so something else. However, the mirror had no light, thus it was hard to tell what it was for.
Pros:
4. Location — extremely near shopping and eating streets; two streets away! And it is also close to Lotte Mart and other Mary’s (if you drive).
5. Service — front desk was extremely helpful; giving us direction for the nearest mart, shopping place, and also stored our meat overnight in a proper fridge for us to retrieve the following morning before our flight.
Overall, a basic hotel that has good location (near to airport and city centre), and at affordable pricing if you’re not picky. Maintenance is not good — despite the renovation.
GGuest UserWent here for our wedding annivesary and we got a free upgrade to the Superior Terrace Ocean room. We loved every bit of the room as it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It also has an amazing view of the ocean from both the balcony and jacuzzi room though we would caution all to bring down the blinds as we can actually see all the rooms when standing opposite the hotel. In addition, all hotel staff that we crossed path with were polite and always ready to lend a handwhenever we needed assistance. My husband and I also enjoyed our dinner in their restaurant. However, the location of the hotel may be inconvenient for those who are not driving.
QQilixiang|Not bad. Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs hhh
I am very satisfied with the smart toilet hhhh
It's about ten minutes' walk from the duty-free shop. When you leave the hotel, go to the right and you'll find the business district. All the brand stores are over there.
AAnonymous UserHotel is rather rigid with check-in time. Strictly 3pm, not even 10mins earlier. The sound barrier is bad - could hear thunder footsteps and shifting of furniture from above every night, and people talking as they walk past the rooms. Stayed 5 nights, no fresh bedsheets was changed throughout. Overall stay was okay. Nothing spectacular to compliment about, but I’ll choose to stay in another hotel next time.
GGunnar AustinThe prices here are fantastic. There’s no denying that. But you get what you pay for, and even with such a low price, I would never stay here again.
Staying here in November, the thermostats were set to 25 degrees (77 for my fellow Americans. This might not seem too horrible, but when you factor in Jeju humidity and a top bunk, it was so uncomfortably hot. Forget about a blanket, you’ll want to take off as much clothing as possible while trying to maintain decency.
Unfortunately, taking off a shirt or wearing shorts opens you up to another problem: mosquitoes. I wondered what all the red stains on the walls and ceiling were at first, but after I killed two mosquitoes and had countless more get way, I figured it out. Between the heat and the mosquitoes, I felt like I was sleeping outside in a jungle. Worst sleep I’ve had in a hostel (without someone in the room snoring as loud as a jet engine)
Other negatives include the beds feeling rather small and of course being Korean style in terms of hardness. Also, although this place calls itself as a hostel, but the English spoken here is minimal at best. If you don’t speak much Korean, expect awkward conversations with very little information being relayed to you. If you’re Korean these things might not bother you, so bear that in mind.
I hate giving it so few stars, considering the shockingly low price and the overall cleanliness and modernness of the facility, but I had a horrible night here. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. If you’re a broke backpacker where money is the primary criteria, this is about as cheap as it gets and you get a lot of bang for your buck here. But if a good nights sleep is important to you, look elsewhere
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location. It is an older hotel, but it is in a very good location. It is not far from Dongmen Market. It is great to watch the sunset at Longtou Rock. There is a convenience store near the hotel entrance, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The Qixing Pedestrian Street is close to shopping, and the overall price-performance ratio is good.
SSabohatI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.
I trust that you will handle this matter promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.
