The room is excellent and the staff was super nice, they were willing to drive us to the hotel room. The day that I went was quite foggy, thats why didn't go out for dinner, instead we stayed and tried the dinner buffet, the food was okay, not expensive

What an incredible resort! Visiting in December, during a particularly snowy week, the service of the staff was amazing and super accommodating, and each member of staff were friendly and hospitable. The views from this resort are breathtaking, right up in the mountains, surrounded by nature, my kinda place! The bar on 3F has a fantastic view over Jeju, looking toward the airport, and the cocktails are great. Would visit again ✨

Awesome resort with luxurious interior. We even have an outdoor bathtub and private garden. Superb experience here. The staff are friendly and polite too. Will recommend this place to my friends.

Since we paid more than 3000 HKD per night, it was way too expensive for the room they provided. So called deluxe family suite (old wing)was just the first floor of a small old 2-storey villa. It felt like 20 years ago design. There wasn’t even a proper 2-seater sofa in the living room. The closet was only a 1-door wardrobe that of a one man size. However, service was friendly and nice. All the staff were quite helpful. Hope they can review the price and put it more reasonable.

Room was impeccable and service staff was top notch. Everyone was kind and very helpful. Amazing scenic views perfect for a couples get away. Would recommend to all and rebook again!

Stayed at the Amber Pousan Resort Hotel in Jeju Island for three nights. The air in the morning was very good. The independent residence was very quiet. There was no need to worry about people talking in the corridor or the noise of pulling suitcases when checking out. The independent house was quiet and comfortable. I took a hot spring bath. The pool was outdoor. There were many bugs and spider webs. You had to clean it yourself before you could use it. Wrap the bugs with paper and throw them away. Use a handheld spray nozzle to rinse the spider webs in the corners. From the sanitation of the pool, it seems that the staff does not clean it every day. If this can be improved and the staff cleans the pool every day, the hotel will be even better. The scenery is beautiful
