It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

The hotel is located in downtown Jeju, close to Yeondong Pedestrian Street. It is very convenient for dining and shopping. It is only one stop away from the airport by taking bus No. 600. Air tickets are a bit expensive during the National Day holiday, but the hotel's price is very cost-effective. The room is not small, and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Conversion plugs can be borrowed for free at the front desk.

Parking slots are limited. If you arrive late, the staff might not allow you to park. The parking area is small and very frustrating to navigate, as people tend to park their cars haphazardly. In the end, the staff allowed us to park in an electric vehicle parking slot.

The location of the hotel is great, you can walk anywhere. The bus is just a few steps away, or it is very convenient to walk to the main intersection. There are many choices for eating around, and the CU at the door is also very convenient.
The room is not big, but it is completely enough. I have one suitcase, and if there are two suitcases, it may be just right. The countertop for putting things is very powerful and long. There is also a small table. The size of the bathroom is also no problem.

Booked this hotel for 1 night stay as we were supposed to arrive late. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a bus stop very close, a lot of small restaurants and walking street. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel personnel at the reception was very attentive, to our surprise one lady spoke Russian and helped us with the directions.

Advantages: It is in a small building, a bit like a hotel apartment, and the door is locked by a code. The internal facilities in the hotel room are relatively new. There is a pick-up and drop-off service which is very convenient. One time when I took a taxi, the driver couldn't read the address and had to call the staff to ask for the hotel's address. The service was OK. (It is recommended that you take a photo of the Korean name in front of the hotel door to facilitate taking a taxi). It's on the same road as Lotte Duty Free Shop, about a hundred or two hundred meters away. It's also very close to Health Care Road and other places, so you can walk there. (There is a spicy chicken feet restaurant in the alley next to the hotel that is highly recommended)
Disadvantages: Towels were sometimes not changed and one was not clean. There was also no replenishment of paper towels in the bathroom for a day or two, so I had to use my own.
PS: The floor heating controller in my room is in the cabinet next to the door. Although there is a prompt on the cabinet (I can’t read Korean), I spent a long time looking for it on the first night😭

A hotel that exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, across from BHC Fried Chicken (rumored to discriminate against Chinese people so I resolutely don't eat there), diagonally across from the largest Olive Young, next to Health Road, Shilla and Lotte Duty Free Shops are a ten-minute walk away.
Downstairs is a food street, several of which are delicious.
There is free airport drop-off, you need to scan the QR code at the front desk and add WeChat.
The front desk can't speak Chinese, but the attitude is very good.
The heating is sufficient in winter
The price of more than 200 is very cost-effective, I will stay here next time

We wanted to stay near the airport and at the same time, away from Jeju City. Jeju Ollero is perfect - only about 30mins from the airport via express bus 102. It is situated right smack in front of the boardwalk with a gorgeous view of the sea! Near the pension, there is Lotteria & Macdonald's if you need fast food. Also, many local restaurants, cafes, convenience stores you can walk to. You can take a 40-min stroll to Iho Tewoo Beach to see the famous horse-shaped lighthouses. Outside the main road, there are buses to connect you to Jeju City and other parts of the island. The room itself is spacious, clean with a beautiful full view of the sea. The host Mr Yun was really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the banana milkshake he made. Overall, an outstanding place to stay at in Jeju definitely! Thank you for a wonderful stay😊

GGuest UserAs with any Lotte Hotel we’ve ever stayed at, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was very clean with strong wifi, and the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy to see the hotel has become more eco-conscious and is no longer using individual plastic toiletry bottles but instead refillable dispensers, and have stopped using plastic cups. We hope that other Lottes will begin to do this, too! We enjoyed the hotel’s lovely rooftop deck, hot tub, and lap pool and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the hotel has an odd timed entrance policy, so even though there were only two other people at the pool, we were asked to leave while we were sitting watching the sunset. The attendant kindly agreed to let us stay until the end of sunset, but it isn’t a great system. We had good room service and loved a side salad the chef made of arugula topped with warm sauteed mushrooms. It was so delicious we wish we could have ordered just the salad, and recommend they add it as an entree on its own. Thank you for another good stay at a Lotte--we hope to come back!

Staying here in November, the thermostats were set to 25 degrees (77 for my fellow Americans. This might not seem too horrible, but when you factor in Jeju humidity and a top bunk, it was so uncomfortably hot. Forget about a blanket, you’ll want to take off as much clothing as possible while trying to maintain decency.
Unfortunately, taking off a shirt or wearing shorts opens you up to another problem: mosquitoes. I wondered what all the red stains on the walls and ceiling were at first, but after I killed two mosquitoes and had countless more get way, I figured it out. Between the heat and the mosquitoes, I felt like I was sleeping outside in a jungle. Worst sleep I’ve had in a hostel (without someone in the room snoring as loud as a jet engine)
Other negatives include the beds feeling rather small and of course being Korean style in terms of hardness. Also, although this place calls itself as a hostel, but the English spoken here is minimal at best. If you don’t speak much Korean, expect awkward conversations with very little information being relayed to you. If you’re Korean these things might not bother you, so bear that in mind.
I hate giving it so few stars, considering the shockingly low price and the overall cleanliness and modernness of the facility, but I had a horrible night here. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. If you’re a broke backpacker where money is the primary criteria, this is about as cheap as it gets and you get a lot of bang for your buck here. But if a good nights sleep is important to you, look elsewhere

EEZN2014Nice expectations about Champion Hotel were playing on my mind when I landed in Jeju International Airport. However, I was sort of _ at a lost since there was no friendly and clear instructions from the hotel how to reach the place. An impatient response to my last phone call was .... ”no English” .... A staff from the airport information counter directed me to take bus number 365 and get off at Seomun traditional market stop. From there, it took me a long time to find 131, Namseong-ro street after asking help from some people. Finally, I reached Champion Hotel; and it was a relief to meet the owner who speaks English. Champion Hotel is a good place to stay transiently, but for me this property is not on a par with a homely guesthouse. A medium-sized double room with window was allotted to me. It was designed in a very basic arrangement; but the necessary items like fridge, hair dryer and kettle were provided. The bathroom was clean and with good water pressure. Good to mention that bottled drinking water was provided. The inclusive buffet breakfast consisted of soup, bread, butter, sunny side up egg and veggie salad. Hot coffee was available from the coffee dispenser machine. What I appreciated most was the effort of the hotel owner to arrange the Jeju city tour for two Indonesian ladies who suggested me to join them; and we had to divide the price of the tour among us three, consequently making it affordable. It was an unforgettable city and beyond the suburban areas tour. Big thanks to the owner and manager of Champion Hotel.

During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.

LLaosan•﹏•♪At first, I was a little worried about no order comments. I looked at the picture and it was very heartwarming to see the sea directly outside the room. Turn to the Korean website to see the evaluations are mostly good and book. When I arrived, I found that it was located at the seaside of a small fishing village where Korean locals would go. It turned out to be the most comfortable memory of the journey.
Close to the fine flower bathing beach, very close to the Hainan Woman Museum, but it is actually very remote for Chinese tourists. It is not recommended to go to people who don't know Korean, but people who know Korean are quite recommended. The feeling of a seaside holiday in a Korean fishing village. Not a hotel, it belongs to the type of homestay.
Check in at 4 pm, the front desk is often no one, you can contact by phone, luggage can be stored at the front desk, and then check in. The room is quite big, the floor-to-ceiling windows are the outdoor seaside, and there are outdoor chairs to eat and chat outside. At night, you can fall asleep with the sound of the waves (if you don't close the window), the sound insulation effect is very good. There are no disposable items, toothbrush slippers, etc. There is a microwave kettle in the room, wash basins and utensils, which is convenient for heating things. Garbage needs to be sorted.
Not close to the bus station, there are no people starting at 8 pm, there are cafes around, many locals in the coffee shop opposite to drive to punch in, and then walk for ten minutes to have various village gourmet shops, using naver to find, pure locals experience. Still that sentence, I recommend friends who speak Korean to go.
Stayed for two nights, most of them were locals, uncles and aunts or families. Personally feel very comfortable, there is also a place to park if you drive by yourself.
