wonderful experience returning after 3 years to time share bougainvilleas. The service was excellent; Had some issues in the room that I love, however, assistance to fix was immediate... Hector Ruiz, was there till late at night, the supervisor Delfina Munoz was ready to do anything to make our 3 weeks special, so was Patricia Rodriguez to make our room top-notch every day. Staff was superb, all over the property. Friendly and ready to help. Made new friends around the pool and all of us are looking forward to returning next year for a great experience. the staff in the restaurants could not be better. The only thing I wish that the resort could focus on is improving the quality of food. they know it could be better no... much better!. This is a choice that the Marriott hotel has chosen. Not to focus on the quality of food bu the minimum. Will be returning to our amazing place, however, will not be eating at the restaurants.

We had a slight problem so I called the desk and a service person, Hector Ruiz, was here in a nano-second. He solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. It was an enjoyable visit.

A very beautiful hotel complex with lots of palm trees and nice evening lighting. We had a room on the 4th floor with a view of the pool, the street and the sea in the back. A great view. The staff were really super nice, Pepe at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The food was very varied and there was enough for everyone. Fish and meat were freshly grilled every day, Mamado behind the grill was super nice. You could get drinks at the bar behind the pool and lie comfortably on the chairs or loungers in the back area. The loungers were pretty new by the way and everything in the complex is very clean and well looked after. We had a great room, modernly furnished with a barrier-free shower and nice trendy sinks. The proximity to the beach and the shopping area is of course perfect. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes and enjoy the beautiful light sand and the clean sea. Conclusion: there are many guests who book this hotel again and again and are happy to come back. We liked it a lot.

Unfortunately no longer the standard of 2022, the cuisine has declined in variety and quality, a real shame as the hotel has a top location and very friendly, hardworking and attentive staff, in the service as well as at the reception, complaints or objections are dealt with immediately and professionally

If you don't speak German and you don't have children, avoid this hotel. If the rooms are very nice, the catering is rather low-end: canteen-style presentation, uninteresting cuisine, and variation on the theme of poorly cooked fries and pasta. The big problem is the swimming pool, well a large pool where mattresses and various inflatable ball games and children are all mixed up. Impossible to swim. Lots of deckchairs but not enough parasols. All animations and inscriptions are in German. As for the staff, few of them speak English and are visibly disinclined to help the French. The service staff is pleasant but unless you speak Spanish it is difficult to be understood. A good point: the beach which has nothing to do with the hotel is beautiful and you can rent deckchairs for not very expensive. I would not come back because the number of people at this hotel is not at all to my liking!

Rooms super location super beach and nice shops nearby unlimited deckchairs service staff and ultra nice rooms Afterwards things get bad at the pool bar not nice at all lunch buffets and even more so in the evening average even in the presentation Very small pool in which we leave everything to the children But if you are French and you read this comment, run away even more 90% of Germans everything happens and is done for them it's a real shame

Nice hotel, everything seems to have been recently renovated. If anyone complains about the food here, I don't know what they get at home. We always found something. The rooms were always cleaned thoroughly. Unfortunately you didn't have a choice, towels were changed every day, whether you wanted them or not. But I don't see that as a problem. Satisfied all round. Would go back any time. As the transfer takes a long time, I recommend renting a car.

The hotel itself is very lovingly run, with friendly staff and a great location. Some of the food was a bit bland, for example we always had to add more seasoning to the pasta. Personally, as a vegetarian, I had a good selection, but would have liked a few meat substitutes at breakfast, such as sausage alternatives. Our room was very clean and the staff were always very friendly and accommodating. We would have liked a mirror outside the bathroom in the room, but that's criticism at a high level. There is a small shopping area right in front of the hotel, with small bars and souvenir shops. All in all, we liked it a lot!

Hotel: We booked through Schauinsland. The transfer to the hotel took around 1.5 hours there and back in an air-conditioned bus. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained. There is a main pool with a baby pool, unfortunately this and the associated loungers and parasols are in the hands of families with children. It is rather loud there and there is music from the bar. Since we were looking for relaxation and peace, we lay in the front area of the terrace directly above the shops where the 2 whirlpools are. Unfortunately, after a few days the families with children also found the whirlpools and then the peace and quiet was over. For holidaymakers looking for peace and relaxation, this is unfortunately no longer the right hotel. Otherwise a very clean, beautiful hotel with well-equipped rooms in a central location with a short walk to the beach and with friendly and always helpful staff. The food ranges from very good to mediocre, but you can always find something thanks to the large selection. Location & surroundings: Due to the central location, various shops, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beach is easy to reach on foot. Room: We had room 420 (double room with sea view). It was on the 4th floor of the main building above the restaurant. The view was great over the complex with pool to the beach and sea. The room and bathroom were always clean. On Sundays, towels and bed linen are not cleaned or changed. The space is rather generous for 2 people. There was a floor-level shower with rain shower and showerhead, a large mirror with basin, fittings and enough storage space, and of course a toilet. The bathroom could be separated from the room by a frosted glass door. The room had air conditioning, I suspect remotely controlled, as changing the control panel did not result in any change. The temperature in the room was pleasant, however. In the sleeping area there were 2 beds that were rather hard (not suitable for our backs). A closet with sliding doors that also contained the safe. A 2-seater coach with a table. There was also a chair with a desk shelf. A very large 43-inch LG LCD TV with German channels ARD, ZDF, RTL, Sat 1, cable, VOX, Pro Sieben, DMAX etc. in good picture and sound quality. In the hallway there was a shelf with a kettle, 1 x 1.5l water and 2 glasses and underneath a fridge with 2 x 0.5l water. On the balcony there were 2 chairs, a table and the option to hang something up to dry. Now for the not so good things. In the closet there were only 2 small drawers and a small storage compar**ent, apart from the rail for hanging clothes and the safe. The large storage compar**ent was occupied, I suspect by the winter blankets. More storage options for clothes would be desirable. There is only one socket in the bathroom, in the hallway at the table and by the chair with a shelf. If you want power on the bedside table you need an extension. The balcony light cannot be controlled by yourself, it depends on the time.
