I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last August-2022-and it was very good value.The hotel is located a short distance from the main plaza with several restaurants nearby.Initially the room I was given had a leaky bathroom but this problem was quickly rectified and I was given a different room.The staff were friendly and helpful and I want to mention Cesar and Jose in particular.Breakfast is available at this hotel and represented good value....I returned again to this hotel in early September for another night...I am happy to recommend this hotel and gladly give it 8 out of 10.

Located very close to the centre. Near restaurants. It offers a small buffet in the morning. The room has the basics necessary. Clean, comfortable, fresh, medium-light and simple decoration that invites you to rest. My room has no black out gardens... for if that's important for you.

It’s located close to the hospital that we had to take my father-in-law and the staff is friendly though at times can be a little to casual. The breakfast was a nice treat in this nice simple hotel. Good coffee and food. If your travels involve Xalapa then a stay here is a good inexpensive choice.

In addition, the internet was basically unusable, with much less than 1 megabit speed every time I measured it. The only two things I can say in your favour are that you are in a convenient location to walk to the center, and that the rooms are large, but I would not recommend it yet
