Smooth late check-in. The first room on the 5th floor corner han t******ing AC sounds, so switched to rooms on floor 1, up the staircase only. The room was well designed but the linen was dirty with hair and soiled marks. The safe wasn't working. Both were taken care of in an 1hr. Tips were given, but housekeeping was a perennial problem, weather be towels or water. I guess the heyday of this hotel is passed. Breakfast was very basic and mediocre. All staff tried hard to please. 3.Stars for the Staff.

When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple ***agers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

The hospitality at the place I stayed in Jaipur was exceptional, as they graciously accommodated an early check-in without any hassle. This level of service truly enhanced my first-time experience in the city. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and valued as a guest. The staff's kindness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The recommendation to stay at this particular place in Jaipur comes with full confidence. Not only was the hospitality outstanding, but the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room are good and clean, service is very good and staff member responce as soon as possible as reach to them food and breakfast is very good and they have lot of option in food in total worth the money expence great stay i will recommend everyone to stay here

Very good hotel, one of the best in Jaipur on Tonk road. I used to stay here whenever visit Jaipur. Location of the hotel is nice. In 180 degree, Mr Prem and Mr Sachin is good and efficient. Check in was smooth. Front office Team is good in all aspects. Thanks for making my stay memorable.

Good, healthy, elaborate breakfast menu. Good quality food with minimum oilyness, more taste. Deepa Negii was good. Rooftop restaurant was nice. Rooms were average quality, could have been better. Airport proximity is the biggest advantage.
